Everything tasted very salty. The pasta and halibut. Both were very underwhelming and the halibut presentation was bare. The gauc and drinks were the only enjoyable items. Would not go back for food.

The food and atmosphere were absolutely incredible! However, the service was really poor. We came for lunch before another engagement we had, and I thought that 2 hours would be enough time for lunch. Our waiter was very friendly, but the service was EXTREMELY slow. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our entrees to arrive (and our guac never came until we asked about it at the same time), and at that time we had to leave; we ordered the wagyu beef platter and couldn’t even enjoy it because we had to leave. Taking a $180 entree to-go is pretty unacceptable, and we barely even got an apology. I definitely recommend the food, but expect to have slow service if you come and plan on a long meal.

We used to love this place. The last two times we noted the quality of food has changed. Service is close to horrible. Probably they are not ready to be fully open. The service was slow and forgot part of our order. I am not sure if they changed the chef or the management.

The poor server did not understand a basic drink order - or anything else for that matter. Had to get bartender involved - food was amazing! Drinks were great! Not sure how the Four Seasons employs someone at that level to serve tables.

I am an avid traveler and foodie. Maximon transported me to one of my favorite countries to visit "Mexico". Delicious food, superb service and lively ambiance, I had dinner with friends on a Saturday and came back for brunch on Sunday. Amazing!

Was excited for first time at this fancy joint on the water. Much needed business lunch out with business partner / wife. Who can resist expensive fare from south of the border? For being almost vacant on a Thursday at lunch, I would have expected a great deal of attention. And for the overindulgent service I’m used to at Bygone, we were disappointed at the awkward service, even by the host. We ordered Queso fundito with crab, smoked and pickled mushroom tacos as well as duck confit tacos. Simple business lunch. Food was prompt. The queso was essentially Chesapeake crab dip- and not very hot, or warm, so cheese was like a rubber ball you had to cut through. It didn’t come with chips which was weird, only soft corn tortilla- so now we’re using fork and knife to cut through queso and glob on a forkful. The tacos came quickly and were tasty. The mushrooms were toughens chewy but flavorful. The confit of duck was also tasty. Problem: classic masa tacos are double stacked so they don’t break. Well guess what, these were single and they all broke apart. Our glass of reisling was refreshing and a nice compliment but there was no help with the wines at all. The kicker was that after $90 for lunch, there’s no free chips to finish on! I mean come on, really. I don’t know many places that serve Mexican that can get away with that. At least a small nibble of chips please! Anyway, for the price I was disappointed. If it had cost half that, I may still have been disappointed but not as much. Then, only two desserts: churros and cake. Notary options and none for GF eaters. A simple Mexican chocolate creek brûlée with ancho chili and honey would be quite nice.

The location is great, especially outside on the water. The tacos were amazing and the drinks were delicious (although over priced but it’s a restaurant in the 4 Seasons so it was expected) The oysters were very fishy, but who gets oysters in a Mexican restaurant? The service was not good. I think we saw our server maybe 4 times. At one point I’m pretty sure he disappeared for about 30 minutes, which wouldn’t have been the worst thing but it was at the end of the meal, after all plates had been cleared away and drinks finished and we just wanted the bull. In the future I’ll choose one of the many other Atlas restaurants where I’ve had a much better experience.

The food at maximon never disappoints, And neither do the cocktails. We went on a Thursday night and it was pretty full, which was good to see! That being said our waitress was busy, and a few items took a little longer than expected to come out, however she was a great waitress and it did not impact our dining experience. We love this restaurant and will definitely be back.

Food was horrible. They claim to be a Mexican restaurant that served fried rice with kimchi for $34. Highway robbery! Service was inattentive and music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. This restaurant is misplaced in the Four Seasons Hotel.

It was good but the lamb chops are a bit overpriced for the amount you get. $55 for 2 small lamb chops. I’ve ordered lamb chops from high end restaurants multiple times and never received less than 3 ever. Very tasty though.

Ribs and ceviche apps are DELICIOUS. Pork platter was amazing!! Definitely would go back and get the same exact things. Beautiful decor, ask for a table next to the windows for an amazing sunset view over the harbor.

Our new favorite Baltimore restaurant! Great harborfront location on what we consider the safer end of town with easy parking. Beautiful patio for outdoor dining. Good wine list, incredible Bar list, great cocktails.
Guacamole was fresh, light and delicious with grapes, queso fresco, cilantro, jalapeno
Tortilla Soup was out of this world, not the normal tex mex caldo broth! Creamy but light, flavorful, so delicious.
Spicy Lobster Tacos were delicious.
Prices are higher than some, but the offerings are refined and worth every dollar. Service was excellent. Even the music was great! We will be back

Wonderful! The food is delicious and yet not pretentious. Both the interior and exterior are gorgeous and the indoor dining chairs are some of the most comfortable I've every experienced at a restaurant. Loved it here.

We were so excited to check out this spot. Went for brunch. The restaurant has a cool vibe and the outside seating area was very nice. Service was not good and our food took an incredibly long time. Ordered margaritas which were really good but again they took a really long time. The food was just ok - nothing special - guacamole was very good, huevo rancheros & wagyu tacos - Extremely small portions. Maybe just an off day but we won’t be running back.
