    Great food and Angel was a fantastic server! The only bummer was that there was some sort of bachelorette party or something behind us and they were very drunk and very loud :( Other than that, it was lovely to sit outside by the fire.

    Had a group of 8. There was resistance by the hostess letting us eat in the patio even tho there was a ton of room outside after we finally got seated. An order of ceviche was forgotten and we had to get it removed when the check came. The carne asada was good, but 3 out of 4 orders were supposed to be medium rare and they were definitely closer to well done. My previous experience was better but overall still a good night. May give the restaurant another chance.

    We were in Oak Park for the Frank Lloyd Wright Housewalk. We ate dinner at Maya Del Sol based on a recommendation from our host. And it did not disappoint. The food was amazing - one member of our group had a Margarita, one had a Sangria - both raved about their drinks. And the food…..omg. Everything was so good! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Oak Park.

    Maya Del Sol is a very nice place for dinner. I ordered the salmon, was cooked as I asked for and was very tasty. It was a nice mix of flavors, spinach, spaghetti squash, and sweet potatoes. Food was served hot. Service was good, although our server seemed to have forgotten about that second glass of wine. Overall, it was a good experience, I would return.

    What a lovely hidden gem, especially when the weather is nice. The drinks were superb - some of the best mojitos I’ve ever had. We even had cucumber mojitos, and they were delicious, refreshing, and perfectly blended. The food was also very fresh, good, and hot. Our server was great, and the outdoor ambiance was lovely! We will definitely return!

    Maya never disappoints. We had the Guacamole, the ceviche, the roasted veggies all off the chain fabulous. My one complaint was the portion size of the risotto. It was skimpy for the nearly $40 price tag (3 scallops) they were generous, but still...

    The pork shank was amazing and so were the appetizers. Solid drinks too. The Scollop special had minimal flavor and unfortunately made my wife sick, which cut the night short. Typically we love what we get here and I still recommend it.

    I found nothing authentic about this restaurant. It is really not a authentic Mexican restaurant, its more american-mexican than anything. Food was ok but I definitely wouldn't go back. Also some of the prices were a bit to pricey for what it was and the menue is very limited.

    Friendly hosts, and it was nice to be seated even though one person was a few minutes late. Our server was patient, kind and accommodating during our dinner. I ordered the carne asada and it was cooked perfectly. My friend ordered the chicken and she enjoyed coquettes that came with it. The margaritas and sangria were on point. We look forward to coming back with the live band.
