   We sat at the bar and really enjoyed it. Great service - very friendly and our bartender made fantastic drinks! The Anti-inflammatory is worth the try! The cornbread is probably the best I've ever had - crispy crust and moist! I'm not a fan of pimento cheese, but I loved theirs. I'll definitely be back. :)

   We went for brunch. Very much a farm-to-table vibe. Somewhat limited menu, but enough choices to satisfy our group of six, and the food was very good. Minor hiccup in the order (corrected, but should have been comped) otherwise service was very good--right balance of attentativeness and unobtrusiveness.

   This was our third visit for Saturday brunch. The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, the coffee is soooo good, and the mimosas are delightful. The location is great, too - you can have a lovely meal then wander through the eclectic little shops in Artisan's Alley.

   Character, charm, impeccable food and great service. Every item we ordered was delicious and our server, John, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in San Antonio.

    As always the food was excellent! We sit outside because we bring our fur pal with us and it does get quite warm. Recommend overhead/side fans instead of the floor fans used. There was a large demanding party so our service wasn't as excellent as it normally is.

    Service and meal was great! The only complaint, and it’s a big one, was it was very hot and muggy in the restaurant. It was over 100 degrees outside and it must have been 85-88 inside. It’s not appetizing while you are eating. I couldn’t believe folks were seated at tables on the patio. It was awful! Will go back when it’s cooler outside!

    Another great dinner at Meadow! The tomato toast was a summer hit! The Halibut may be the best fish dish I’ve had in SA. Don’t miss the Feta Cheesecake, it’s delicious

    What an incredible experience! Big beautiful patio, that was well shaded by mature oak trees. Was greeted by the host upon entry to the establishment, very friendly and our table was awaiting for us. Server was GREAT! Very attentive, and menu knowledge on point. Honestly, picked every recommendation that was made and glad we did! Drinks and wine list are amazing, the food was everything we hoped for and far beyond…..blew us away. Tried a new dish that was just put on the menu (and hopefully it stays forever!) Grilled TX Peaches, OMG if I didn’t have to share with my wife I would have devoured the entire dish myself. Will definitely return with friends and family, such a warm and friendly environment that provides elevated food and service. Well done Meadow!

    Went there for the first time and for a Sunday brunch. Wonderful menu and bar. Loved the homemade hash browns and the breads. Our waiter was fairly hit and miss but overall we’d highly recommend.

    This was our first time here. We shared the cornbread, it was so good! I had the fried chicken and my husband had the burger. Both were great. I can’t wait to go back when we can sit outside!

    We've visited Meadow several times - dinner, lunch, and a brunch. The food and service never fails - excellent meal, drinks and dessert once again! We love the ever-changing menu with seasonal fare available - though we're always glad to see the standards on the menu (like the green pea hummus!).

    We are restaurant eval specialists and consumers. This restaurant is initially presentable and inviting. Greeted upon entry, and seated according to appointment. Ok. Server was pleasant and professional. Actually, the server was of a quality beyond the restaurant itself. Appetizer was really good, but our main course was way below par. My wife's Pork Chop was Very Dry and absolutely tasteless. My N.Y. Strip was tasteless as well. Both main courses were also returned because they were way over cooked! Ambiance and atmosphere was pleasant. Beyond that......Meadow Neighboorhood Eatery and Bar doesn't have what it takes to merit a return. Score = 5.5 out of 10

    We have been several times time for brunch and dinner. The food has been great every time we come. Great farm to table items that are unique and tasty. The service does not match the quality of the food. The wait staff seem to be inconsistent every time we come. Long times between service, forgetting to bring the wine you order, not understanding the wine list to name a few critiques. Bar staff seem to be very attentive though. The wine list is very affordable and has a good range of wines and prices. They did that right. Overall the food will bring me back. I would come more often if the servers stepped it up a notch.

    We’ve only been here maybe once before since it’s a bit of a drive from our house but we really need to come back more often! Service is amazing and there’s always new seasonal menu items that are just SO creative! And the drinks are so tasty!

    Everything was great except the service was slow. They weren't super busy and it wasn't just the kitchen. They just weren't as attentive as I would like. Not horrible by any means, just not quite what I would expect at this restaurant. It was good enough for me to give them another shot though.

    Unattended by our server for almost 30 minutes while waiting for our food. Finished our drinks, would have loved a refill or check in. Saw him attending to several other tables in his area, especially one with two young women. His excuse “sorry, I’m tired” we were there at 11 am

    Service and Food were awesome!!! Greeted at the front door and seated immediately, waiting on a late joiner, but they did not even bat an eye and sat us and we ordered drinks and donuts. Server was very attentive, owner was on the floor the entire time, food absolutely piping hot, and restaurant was clean from the front door, to the rest rooms, to the open kitchen...always a great place to come as you are, and enjoy the dining room, the bar, or the gorgeous patio...

    We had heard great things about Meadow and decided to try it. We shared the Cream corn fritters followed by the arugula watercress salad and then the Half fried chicken. The food was fantastic and we left room for dessert too. The dessert was amazing. Fortunately we got the last serving of the Citrus Feta Cheesecake. It was heavenly. We will definitely be back! Roland our server was a wonderful too.

    The ambiance and service was great. Most food was good, but the four of us got pork chops and steak and all were overcooked. For the price, it was a super bummer. Otherwise all was very tasty.
