    For $68 Thanksgiving meal felt like the bare minimum. The turkey dinner was uneventful; a cup of soup basic green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and dressing and pressed turkey breast and a nontraditional TG dessert. Surf and turf was literally one medium size shrimp. The steak was delicious, although all the food was cold. Some bread would’ve been nice.

    We sat at the bar. It took almost 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, someone else’s food was brought to us by mistake, and the service was slow. Friendly service at all times, but not attentive. We had to ask multiple times for silverware and water refills. Food was good, not great, but fresh. Very nice ambiance.

    Was a special 50th birthday and I had to mention it to the server even though I put it on the reservation. Server was a little slow to get us our check.

    I would like to say that the live music and ambiance weren't enough to make up for the poor service we received last night. Our waiter was all over the place and not really attentive, he even threw away my lamb lollipop I was saving for the chicken pasta (which had absolutely no hint of seasoning) he charged me for appetizers for 2 when I only ordered for me because my girlfriend didn't want any. So when it came out with 2 of each I'm not thinking thats per person I'm thinking thats the single appetizers portions. We had to send back the mashed potatoes due to no butter salt pepper or anything.My girlfriend ordered a drink that was sent back and remade by the waiter that he said was on him because the normal bartender didn't make the first one and apologizes, that we were later charged for. The manager was apologetic but didn't really do anything to accommodate the total disaster of date night. But that wasn't the worst part, our waiter had a adjacent table he was also waiting and at the end of their meal he sat there to go bag on the floor while they were talking. He didn't offer them the chance to sit it by the window seal or on the table he automatically just sat it on the floor and walked off. He brought us fresh bread at the end of dinner while I was waiting on the lamb refire. For a $200 meal and unique dining experience that was very off-putting.

    The ambiance was great, and the added touch of the piano player definitely set the mood. Our sever, Jaffar, was excellent in his recommendations. The food was very good. That seafood tower for starters was to die for, and the Imperial Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. Mercury Chophouse will be seeing me again!!!

    Very nice atmosphere and view of the Arlington ballpark area at night. Service was excellent and attentive. The food was very good. Crabcakes were excellent, wife and I each had steaks, hers was a too rare and had to go back. We had the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts (we don’t eat potatoes) and they were excellent. Overall it was a very nice dinner out and a pleasant dining experience.

    There are not many upscale restaurants to choose from in Arlington so Mercury Chophouse is the restaurant I have chosen for special dates (anniversary, birthday, valentines, etc.) The upscale restaurant offers a menu of exquisite food. The beautiful view of the city and sunset and the wonderful live piano playing music makes this the right spot to impress a prospective client or date.

    Great food and service! Very attentive staff! Bartender came to our table and apologized for having to substitute an ingredient in our drink order. Didn’t have to as they were excellent! Wife had the special which was braised spare ribs and I had the Imperial Sea Bass. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Will definitely return next time we have an event in the area.

    If you go, ask for Jaffar!! He was amazing, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the specials as well as the menu. He turned me onto a dirty Gibson which I never had before! It was to die for. I will be coming regularly to say the least, and asking to be seated with Jaffar again.     My wife and I dined for dinner on our anniversary. There was a delay in someone greeting us but they quickly offered a complimentary cocktail and apologized. The food was amazing and the view is nice…. Definitely going back and trying happy hour.

    Another great experience at the Mercury Chophouse. We always make it a point to have dinner there one night when we visit the Arlington area. AB provided tremendous service and was attentive without being annoying. The ambiance and environment is top notch with a great bar area and a very good piano player providing just the right type of music to match the mood of the restaurant. Always recommend.

    Nothing terribly wrong, but for the price, details were missing. On the cocktail menu, no non-alcoholic options. No salt shaker on the table when they don’t salt the side dishes. No non-dairy dessert options. I expect those details in a high dollar restaurant.

    Overcooked steaks. Manager brought 2 undercooked steaks. Seems they can't grill a steak in-between still on the cow and burnt to a crisp. Appetizer and desserts were good. Otherwise terrible experience.

    The food was delicious! Our server was responsive and friendly! He realized how tightly we were squeezed in to a table and graciously moves us to a better one. The bartender was friendly, as well and made one of the best Old Fashioned I’ve had. It’s a very nice restaurant.

    I let them know I had a very important client. I've been there enough times to know how excellent the service is. Our waiter was not very friendly, seemed outside her comfort zone. Didn't explain anything to my quest. I think it's the worst experience I've ever had there. I went there because I knew from past experience it would be a good experience for my guest

    I reserved weeks ago for a window seat to celebrate my husband’s 50th. Not seated in correct spot after waiting 20 min for our table. Waiter was nice but not attentive. My husband had to wave down another server for a steak knife after waiting several min. The bar staff were wonderful and food great. Just very disappointed after arranging weeks ago and a long day of travel.
