   Service was slow, took 1.5 hrs to get our food, appetizer came after the main course food wasn’t hot but tasted good. Manager offered us a discount for our long wait and only took $2 off the price of our entree. We won’t be going back. We had to ask where our server was and they gave our food without utensils. Also the place was dead so absolutely no reason for such a delay.

   Food was so - so - not great. I had thechicken with goat cheese and chick peas.....very very little goat cheese - didn't see any pomengranite and i order a side of mashed potatoes that didn't come out with the entree and when they did - they were ice cold. Wasn't busy, but service was super slow. Don't plan to come back.

   We had a great meal for our anniversary. Our server was fantastic!! Very welcoming, answered our questions about the menu. Very attentive, great job Max. Our food came out nice and hot and tasty. Thanks Milestone for our complimentary dessert for our anniversary!! Great customer service.

   We had not been in a while and really enjoyed this visit. Sat in a tall table at the bar and served by the bartender who was really fantastic!! So accommodating for our daughter who has celiac which we really appreciated. The manager even popped over to check on us. Everything was just great!

   Chair was dirty, no cutlery at table, we got our own fro another table after food arrived. Drinks were not served until after food arrived. Bathrooms were not clean, trash cans were overflowing

   We had to wait an hour and a half to get our food after ordering. Not acceptable. Won’t go back for sure

   Food was so good but the service made the experience a tad off. It was slow but there was lots of staff. Things were never cleared as we went and drinks (although delicious) took forever.

    Anniversary dinner ruined. Service extremely slow. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Manager said too many large groups and the kitchen was overwhelmed. Is that what reservations are in place to prevent? Why let more guests in when there is not sufficient staff to give proper service. There are many good restaurants in our city. Why would we continue to support when not happy. Will be a long time when we would consider Milestones again. Regards T & M
