   Had to order and pay at the bar, or use a QR code then was asked if I wanted to add a 10% service charge to my bill!! We had burgers, mine was almost raw. I know beef can be served rare but not without asking !!!

   Was such a nice restaurant, went for the first time for a birthday meal and the staff were so caring offering blankets as we chose to sit outside in the gorgeously decorated seating area.Food was also amazing and very filling.

   Another great night at Nine Jars. We had the 2 for 1 steak deal (including a bottle of wine) and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly, the service was spot on and the restaurant had a great vibe for a Friday night.

    We went for the roast dinner. It was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and service was quick. They also responded to our dietary requirements. Highly recommend.

    We all ordered 4 different breakfast and each one came out hot and really tasty. It was exceptionally good value for the quality of the food we had and the service was really friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend the nine jars.

    We dined with you on thursday night The service was ok but we didnt receive our macand cheese until we had finished our main and the burgers werent the greatest they jus fell apart in your hands We will come again as have been happy before it jus wasnt the night we hoped for x

    I went for the bottomless brunch option for my birthday. The service to start with was great, very friendly waitress & helpful. The issues started to happen when it came to replacing drinks. We had to asked four separate times for more drinks to be served & each time we asked it had to be chased up with other members of staff. If you’re offering a bottomless anything then staff need to be more on the ball when it comes to keeping an eye on your customers.

    Didn't realise that you can't have a proper meal unless you are booked in to the restaurant which was full when I booked so unfortunately never got to eat as wanted something more substantial than a bar snack.

    Swift booking system online. Welcomed to our table and then enjoyed drinks from the wide selection. Starters were of good size and the bao buns were delicious. Mains - burgers 2for1. Very big portion. Very nice, fresh and tasty.

    We had a fantastic time at our bottomless brunch! The staff were amazing! Kept the drinks flowing and attended to our every need, especially as we had people with food allergies! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

    We have been to Nine Jars before but chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary there. Those was the first night of a new menu. The welcome and service were first class. There is a good vibe to the restaurant with the music level set up to help make the place buzz. The Food was fresh and tasty, we particularly liked the Wild Mushroom gnocchi and the truffle chips. The other menus for the bar and Sundays look great too. Highly recommended.

    Music too loud at times for conversation. Requested it be turned down a little but unable to as it was preset. Waitress provided excellent service. Food was good and piping hot but choices not as varied as previous visits.

    Love it here!!! Tapas menu is great, you can have a little of everything. I would say 4 potions max as they are very generous servings. Super tasty. And the icing on the cake 2 4 1 on cocktails :)

    Went for the 9 course tasting menu. Although the staff were very apologetic, we ended up being there 3 hours and had only been given 4 out of the 8 food dishes in that time. The 4th dish took 50 minutes to get to us (after asking for it 3 times!), by this point, I wasn’t hungry anymore so didn’t eat my share of it. We ended up leaving with out the last of the savoury dishes (even though we were told it was being packaged up for us and never received it!). The 2 sweet dishes we wolfed down quickly as we just wanted to go home by this point. I still ended up paying full price as I couldn’t be bothered to argue my case for not doing so. Although I regret that decision now. Because of this, we didn’t enjoy our time there, which is a shame because the food was nice.
