NOBU - InterContinental Hong Kong
Ok. Good food. However nothing spectacular.
Food and service were really bad. We had the Nobu signature-dishes set dinner. You could tell and taste that the seafood was not fresh at all. Service was poor as the server was pretty impatient and rude in answering questions. We were curious about and just wanted to know what the gradients were but the responses were far from polite and adequate. We have been to many different Nobu places around the globe before but were very disappointed with the Nobu experience in Hong Kong ☹️
The food was very tasty but we found the portion sizes quite small.
Any alcoholic drink was over priced and the majority of people in the restaurant were drinking water, as were we.
The 1st NOBU restaurant that we approve.
The food was good and so was the service. The only thing they need to work on is the shrimp tempura, not very crispy. The sashimi and nigiri were very fresh.
The view of Hong Kong’s amazing.
Food and drinks were amazing as always but the service was off. We had to get up and grab someone several times to get a drink or food order.
Also, if the chef is reading this, the jalapeño yellow tail has always been a highlight, but I ate here twice last week and both times it was cut too thick. It’s always been super thin and melts in your mouth but lately they seem to cut it thick and it’s not as good.
First time trying nobu! It did NOT disappoint! Everything was very fresh and the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to others!
The food was average.
The table by the window (only two) was fantastic the Concierge made it work for us to have a great NOBU dinning experience but they ran out of the world famous tacos!! But it was great Hong Kong style. A-
A go to for great food.
Service reasonable but could have been better
Food ok, nothing special
