They have taken over a restaurant that has been multiple Italian restaurants previously. They only have wine and beer so have a cocktail prior to arriving. The service was quite good, not top notch. However, the food was excellent, which is the main reason I enjoy a restaurant. My wife and I split the burrata salad, which was a solid 4. One friend ordered the special Filet Mignon, which came out excellent, perfectly done medium rare with a nice char. Two of us had the Sea Food pasta with the extra wide noodles in a light tomato sauce. The mussels, clams, shrimp and scallops were done perfectly, not over done. Do not have the shrimp cocktail as they use the small shrimp cut up. It is not your typical large prawn type, but it was priced that way. The prices were a little high for the meals, but as I said, were mostly top notch. As they are new, I am sure they will find ways to improve the overall satisfaction even more. I do recommend this restaurant.
My favorites were the mushroom & truffle pizza and the meat lasagna. The eggplant parmagianna and bolognese were also very good. Service was excellent. Meal came out a bit slowly, not too slowly, and it was a welcome change to sit around the table with my family and talk and not feel rushed. The bread w/olive oil and balsamic, atmosphere and wine were plenty to keep us entertained.
Food beautifully done. The owner is engaged with all guests and the service is impecccable. Energetic sound level but a neighborhood gem
Fantastic Food, Beer and Wine only but that’s alright.
Great service and delicious food!
Fantastic authentic Italian fare - amazing service
Excellent food and service. We invited the manager to select the food for us and he didn’t disappoint. By far, the best Italian restaurant in the area.
I have now been several times and loved it. Short Ribs and the Caico Pepe pasta were my favorites
Went to this relatively new local Italian restaurant based on reviews which were amazing. Place was packed this Saturday night, always a good sign. Despite a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes for our table and then were seated right next to the open window of the kitchen, also within earshot of the bar area. It was very noisy, the waiter had to bend low next to the table in order for us to hear each other. Unclear if this is a problem throughout the space. The food was very good, however. At 8pm they were out of the branzino, a disappointment. We started with the eggplant Parmesan, a baked, gooey, very rich but delicious mini casserole. Entrees included salmon, short ribs and pasta with seafood. All were good sized and cooked and presented nicely. The short ribs were a particularly hearty serving. We didn’t have dessert as we were quite full! Plans are to have some outdoor seating as weather warms up. We will go again, but request a table away from the bar.
I liked the restaurant but they were short on waiters as the owner took our order and waited on us. He forgot my husband's wine and we never mentioned it again. I had spaghetti in white wine sauce with clams. It was good but quite rich. I would like to try it again and maybe order pizza or something else. I think they should expand their menu a bit plus have more variety in desserts.
Excellent addition to the neighborhood. Warm, friendly authentic Italian restaurant, with superb cuisine. The pizzas are awesome, at least the sausage and rapini pizza we enjoyed. Seafood pasta, a daily special was also excellent. Crowded, lively, but we were well attended to by an eager waitstaff. Looking forward to returning and trying some additional items.
I hesitate to write a great review for fear of not getting a reservation ever again but yes, it is that good and deserves all the accolades it is getting. From the passionate & attentive owner who greets you at the door, the excellent servers to the outstanding quality of the food, this one is a winner.
Amazing experience and food. Great service! Highly recommend
Amazing authentic Italian. Friendly, reasonable, one of the best in the area.
Birthday dinner. Amazing food!
This restaurant was getting a lot of buzz in the past several weeks and we decided to give it a try. The place was totally packed at 7:30 on a Saturday night and and the volume was cranked up. They only serve wine and beer, so we ordered a bottle for the four of us. We started with the mussels and they were simply incredible! Enough for 2-4 people to share. We also had the meatballs which were tasty. For dinner we tried the lasagna, cacio y pepe and the pappardelle with funghi. The lasagne was very good, the cacio y pepe was excellent, but the pappardelke was very dry. The owner was very cordial but seemed extremely stressed as well. I would go back in a month or so when the restaurant is running at a less frenetic pace.
This is our favorite new restaurant. The owner, Antonio, really put his heart and soul into this restaurant. We felt as if we were at a neighborhood spot in Tuscany. The food was superb, and the service was friendly and very attentive. Everything we tried was wonderful and we can't wait to go back again.
Amazing food and great new find in Agoura. Antonio is a a fantastic host. Try the Short Ribs and Caico Pepe pasta. Can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu. Pizza was a great starter as well. 👍👍
Great new restaurant. We really Enjoyed our food and the experience. Will be back soon
Noi Due is soon to become the most sought after Italian restaurant in the valley. The outside is unassuming in a quiet area of Agoura Hills. Once you view the menu, you’ll be believe you’re at a family owned trattoria in Amalfi.
The food was incredibly authentic. Pasta was cooked perfectly, the wine was superb and the black truffle pizza is not to miss.
This brand new restaurant will surely be regarded as one of the if not the best Italian restaurant in Los Angeles
When I saw and made a reservation on open table for the restaurant I had no idea it was their first night in business. The service was excellent. We ordered minestromi soup, a pasta dish and branzino. All were good. The soup and the pasta were luke warm and should have been served hot. The chocolate souffle was excellent. I think this restaurant has a real chance for success in an area with several very good italian restaurants.
