Extremely tasty, intimate and great service. The variety of the dishes was perfect and the quantity was appreciated. The wine pairing was amazing and the champagne toast for my husband’s birthday made it a completely wonderful experience!

Thoroughly overpriced, and the majority of the “tiempos” (courses) were not tasty or poorly executed. We were particularly shocked at how utterly mediocre, bad even, the dessert was - a piece of toast with chocolate whipped cream. The first course was tasteless; the penultimate course was missing a major expensive ingredient (truffle) and instead of choosing something else to serve, we were served and charged as if the dish were complete. The wine pairings were very hit and miss as well. Restaurant was extremely warm and not particularly comfortable to sit in for 3.5 hours. I will say, though, that the roasted duck course was truly outstanding, and the huachinango tostada was wonderful also. Overall, totally not worth the $. If the duck dish were available a la carte, I’d go back in a flash; but otherwise, will not be back.

The first 5 courses were spectacular. The last 3 were gimmicky, but delicious. For example, putting black truffle on things just to make them fancy.

The wines were great and complimented each course vey well. What turned me off was that my wife and I didn't want to drink too much, so decided to share one wine pairing. When we said this to the chef, he treated us like we were being cheap, and that we were insulting his restaurant. It wasn't a cost thing, we just didn't want so much wine.

The chef seemed very arrogant, as if he was trying to sleep with everyone in the room. Acting like he was the coolest and sexiest guy in the world because he makes nice food. It was very offputting. However, the kitchen helpers were wonderful, and were great about explaining the dishes to us.

Great food but too expensive for Mexico City. At $150 US per person with tip and wine pairing, just too much for Mexico City.

Nom’s restaurant was not only a great surprise in terms of ambience but also in terms gastronomy. We loved the food, the service was incredible, and the staff very friendly!

We where very surprised by what a wonderful and unique dining experience we had eating at NOM. we are both foodies so found it exciting to watch our meal prepped in front of us. We had an 8course meal with wine pairing. The food was great and original. This is a small restaurant at the back of another business so you'll have to use the address to find it and tell the person in front your there for NOMO. There's no sign for that but I'll include a photo of the business in front so any future dinners can find it a little easier. The dining experience was like eating in a friends kitchen. The staff and other diners where very friendly. There is seating for 18 at the counters bordering the kitchen. Super cool experience.

Sebastian, nustro anfitrion, muy amable, con buena platica, los pocos comensales que caben en el lugar entran en un ambiente muy amigable que hace la ceba muy amena, excelente maridaje con los alimentos, una excelente experiencia

We tend to use the word extraordinary with much liberty, to the point where we forget or misconstrue the event to a narrow focus. NOM is a place where food passion and ambiance really mix in a perfect manner that wows the scences. The extraordinary service, music and food make this place worth the time, money, and most importantly value to come and try. You will not disapointed, and if you are come again next week where the menu will change completly.

Great place to experience a pre fix at the counter in Mexico City.
The bar tender knows well how to do a good paring even do not all the plates were outstanding.
No complaint about the service and the chefs were always open to explain in detail every dish.
I’d like the lobster sope and the waffle with truffle but with no salt.

One of the most creative chiefs we have had a chance to dine with. Amazing experience as they explain the reasons for why certain foods are matched. The wine pairing hit high marks as well. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely delicious food - I loved every course. I also loved how you are basically sitting at the kitchen table, watching everything happen right in front of you. The front of house/sommelier is a fantastic host. A really lovely way to celebrate my birthday!

Incredible food! Such a treat and a must go for culinary aficionados. Service impeccable and the wine/drink pairings went perfectly with every dish. Come hungry but so worth every bite. Will definitely go again!

Al principio nos asustamos pues el lugar queda en una parte atrás. Cuando entramos el lugar es una barra frente a una cocina. Pero vaya sorpresa, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Te atienden tres chefs y un somelier. No hay menú, sino que cada día inventan platos, los cuales son la mayoría con mariscos y pescados, ingredientes exóticos y presentación y sabor expectacular. Nos sentimos comiendo en casa de unos amigos.

Food flavor, service, attention, ambience just fantastic. I tasted things I have never had before. Wine pairing was perfect and unique. Value and experience better than the michelin star I ate the night before. Highly recommended.

Culto. Amigable. Simpático. Paladar fino. Platos y pairing bien pensados. Cuenta con MUCHO estilo y decoro, pero totalmente sin pretensión. Gracias a los dueños y al personal por haber tenido el coraje de realizar un concepto realmente diferente en la ciudad. SIN seguir las tendencias aburridas actuales de arrogancia y el enfoque de mal gusto en el 'show'. Uds lo han logrado sumamente bien. El resultado es sublime.

If you’re looking for a slightly different experience - this is being at the chef’s table with full interaction. It’s a small and intimate space, hopefully you’ll also get to have an entertaining conversation with your neighbours - remembering food is more that just what is served up in front of you, it’s also about the environment it’s served up in - although the food here certainly was very good, not overly complicated, with very satisfying textures and flavours.

This was a unique concept with the tasting menu, small counter seating and fantastic food and drink. The owner was very welcoming and very involved in making us feel like regular and valued customers. I highly recommend this restaurant! We visit Mexico City 3-4 times per year and this is going to the top of our list to revisit often.

La calidad de cada platillo es extraordinaria.
Es nuestro nuevo restaurante favorito, cuidan las alternativas de menú en caso de restricciones alimenticias, las porciones son buenas, los ingredientes muy frescos y los chefs fantásticos.
El precio es elevado pero hemos ido a otros restaurantes del mismo rango y ninguno desquita el precio como éste lugar.

What an original and fantastic dining experience! It only seats 16 and everyone sits at a bar around the chefs preparing every course. Our host Sebastian was very outgoing and made everyone feel at home.

No era lo que esperábamos, demasiado ruido incluido el del extractor de olores, el menú que nos tocó era mucho con frito lo que se vio reflejado en el olor del lugar y que salimos oliendo nosotros a grasa, el filete completamente pasado de termino y nos dicen al principio que su cocina es de productores locales y del dia y vemos el tocino y el queso en lonchas del super. la verdad teníamos mas expectativas.
