We had reserved a table days in advance of our wedding anniversary, and were staying at Wyndham. The table they gave us was right next to the restrooms and staff work area. We asked for another table which was open and 10 feet away, but both the seating attendant and then the manager refused, stating that the other table had been reserved for someone else who had requested a table next to the window (there is no such option in OpenTable). We insisted as it was our anniversary (and we had even dressed up for the occasion), at which point she mockingly offered to sit us on the patio, which was closed due to high winds. As far as the food… The miso soups were bland and only half warm, the sushi is almost half the size of what is served in Japanese restaurants and the Sunrise had no flavor (Sunset was good though). They brought a desert on the house at the end (the fortune cookie) which was a nice gesture but too little too late. We left disappointed and will not return. And if you are wondering, that table that they refused to give us was still empty when we left…

Delicious Asian fusion in the beach in stylish and modern decor. Loved our shrimp potstickers and my grouper. Hubs and son loved the pho. Def make reservations. Restaurant is inside Wyndham hotel. Don’t miss this restaurant if you want fresh seafood catch and sushi as well as delicious Asian flavors. Order the giant fortune cookie for special kid treat!

Great experience! We absolutely loved the ambiance and the food and drinks were amazing. My husband said it was the best old fashioned he’s had and was made with a Japanese Whiskey. John was a very friendly and attentive. Table cleared quickly after each course. Highly recommend!

An excellent evening with phenomenal food and fantastic service. We mentioned our babymoon and the restaurant seemed to go the extra mile for us. Everything we ate was delicious - meatballs, Brussels sprouts, crab Rangoon, sushi and pho, plus a yummy complimentary app (seasoned edamame). All incredibly tasty. My pregnant wife loved her mocktail and my Japanese old fashioned was on point too. Just a wonderful dinner with an attentive waiter and the perfect ambiance. 5 stars all the way.

Food was okay overall. Salmon was a little undercooked and the grouper was overcooked. Brussel sprouts had bacon in them, why?!?. Besides these issues, everything else served with the fish was very good. Just beware that for a seafood inspired restaurant they aren’t great at cooking seafood, just the sides.

Ambiance of the place is really beautiful. Service was great. Only issue - I asked for a modification for one of the courses (from red meat to anything else, vegetarian or fish) and they said no! Over $300 dinner for the two of us, and I would have expected more (and they could have offered a cheaper plate and had a happier customer.) We’ve done tasting menus all over the world and this lack of accommodation is just dumb.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm compelled to do so today! My wife and I had reservations for 6:15pm but were quite a bit early on our arrival. We had a drink outside the restaurant at the bar before heading in to ask if we could start early. The staff said it would not be a problem at all. Upon seating our server John chatted with us about our dinner (Tasting Menu) but we wanted to make a few extra selections to try some of their apps. The Wagyu steak skewers and yucca frites was insane. Our dinner consisted of nigiri, sashimi, salad, grouper, steak, key lime pie. Every bite was incredible. Yes, it was a bit pricey of an evening but we also spent nearly 3hrs in the restaurant enjoying our time together and enjoying a fabulous meal. Would absolutely go back to this place without hesitation!

Me and my boyfriend had the absolute best valentines date night experience here! The food was absolutely amazing, the service was great and it was so romantic. Oh and the crème brûlée for dessert was to die for! It was definitely worth the price and we will definitely be coming back!

The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was delightful and the chef even came to our table to ask how everything was. Super dining experience.
