there was way too much of a delay in service. drinks took awhile, didn’t get bread until 20 mins after we seated. food wasn’t bad the shrimp tempura appetizer was delicious though. it was really just poor service for a $1000 tab for 7 people. staff was nice but service was poor

Not worth the price at all! One price of salmon for $40 !! I could have brought a slab with that. There was nothing spectacular about this places food at all. I’m very disappointed! Go check the website for pricing the pricing on here is wrong! I would not go back here or recommend anyone to go here ! My server was great though.

This was our first time dining in Baltimore. Beautiful restaurant! Hands down! The menu was everything. If you love seafood, I HIGHLY recommend dining here. Restaurant closed at 10pm. Reservation was for 9:30 and service was OUTSTANDING. Not once did we feel rushed to leave or pay or anything. Pricey but worth it. You literally get what you pay for!

We visited this week for a work team dinner and all the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Our waiter, Howard, was amazing and took the time and care to review the menu for us and offer suggestions. He is definitely one of the best waiters I've experienced in all of the places I dined out. All the food - from appetizers to drinks were top notch and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves seafood!

On 2/4/23, I hosted a surprise dinner for my best friend to celebrate her 38th birthday. While we were not seated until the majority of our guests arrived, it was not a problem as the host was very pleasant. When we were seated we received a menu with my friend’s name on it. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with my experience. This venue was the prefect place for our birthday dinner.

From hello to goodbye, the staff greets you warmly. The dining room at evening, glowing blue, takes you to a more elegant, refined time. Perhaps aboard the QEII in the 1950s. Bountiful fresh seafood as well as standard American fare is on offer. The portions are large and shareable. The server is personable and efficient.

Our Anniversary… Adam was THE BEST! We had caviar service and crab cake and the most amazing cocktails ever! Kudos to Adam who knows how to treat his customers and suggest what’s the best in the menu !

Colin, our server, was awesome! All of the staff were delightful. The oysters were fabulous… good array of choices. We had two dozen between the two of us. Brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious. Main courses were good but WAY overpriced as were the cocktails and wine. The red blend Vermilion was delicious. Sablefish was not impressive other than the price.

It was incredibly overpriced for mediocre food. Decent service and staff but so expensive and food not at all special. Risotto side was watery and crunchy. Ahi tuna dish better at any local sushi place.

For the price, the service was poor/slow, it took 25 minutes to get our first drink ! Appetizers came out before our drinks ! The food was delicious, but all else was not, If I was asked, I would not go back, or recommend Oceanaire.

All stuff who’s been in the restaurant was amazing they all very nice and professional. Food was okay wasn’t something special They charge you like Michelin star restaurant but they don’t give you any quality food very regular value we paid for was way higher than we expected at the end. The atmosphere on a Saturday at 7 p.m. is a normal time for dinner we were expecting a busy evening but the restaurant was very very quiet and unfortunately very dark, I believe they wanted to invite calming vibes to their restaurant but they chose the wrong lighting for it. The end we enjoyed our dinner as the staff was very nice to us and made sure we are comfortable.

Service was very good. Food was ok especially for price. The Calamari was over salted. The bisque was too rich and heavy but tasted good. Lobster Mac and cheese was basically Mac and cheese topped with lobster. Nothing special for a 35$ side. The fois gras was good but tiny size. Brussel sprouts were good. Friends ate their salmon imperial which should be tasty at 70$. Husband got seared tuna which was just that. Very basic. Everything was over priced except for drinks and kids menu. Maybe we’ll try happy hour but probably not since it’s way out of the way for us now that we moved to county.

Our second visit was just as good as our first. My wife greatly enjoyed the New England clam chowder. I had the Hudson Valley Fois Gras, a rare menu item these day that was beautifully prepared. Entrees of crab cakes and salmon imperial were superb. Attentive waitstaff, perfect cocktails. Looking forward to our next visit.

Food was good not great I remembered it. Wine was great per recommendation of server. Double espresso was a watered down - not sure what it was really but it was espresso or double espresso. What we received and a double espresso had nothing in common. Unfortunately. Server was great.
