Palm Court - The Langham, Hong Kong
It was satisfying afternoon in the relaxing antique ambience. Pretty pink snacks in the Wedgwood tableware were impressive.
We had afternoon tea. It was yummy. In addition to that, we could enjoy and be given calm.
The environment is excellent. Food is deliciois and great for value.
Very delicate afternoon tea, food items are unique. Food is very delicious. Requested quieter seats and it was good, servers were helpful.
Staff not well trained They poured tea everywhere They also seem not to understand English well
It is noisy and you cant get a nice relaxing tea time
The foods were great, the service was wonderful.
My family had the perfect time in the Langham.
I booked high tea for 3 guests and was not sure of the protocol when the stand came out .
It was for one person only . Why would I book for 3 and was given 1 stand . Was not happy that this happened
A delightful experience of afternoon tea , I would definitely recommend , the staff are professional, especially the young lady who introduced us the various food!
The afternoon tea set is good but it was too noisy.
The Indonesian fried rice was very hard ... ... poor experience
tea cup was dirty. so I asked change them. and lemon was not clean. The sticher left on the lemonshell. and slice together. The harp performance, which was said on the website, was not played. When I called the server, I had to ask for it more than three times. Tea food was of poor quality, and dessert and scones were delicious. Rose jam is good, too. Anyway, compared to Langham Hotel's reputation, it was disappointing.
Cute afternoon tea
I had an afternoon tea in there and it was really nice experience!
All deserts were nice and lovely but Tea itself, it was only a Tea bag haha
And about service, I feel that they are not nice and kind because they never smiled :)....
Only one guy smiled to us from 5-6 staffs.
I am not saying they are rude but they were quite cold to me and I have never felt warm welcomed.
I am sure that I would love to buy some deserts like cakes from there if I visit HK again but will not sit and stay to have their cold service.
A small bar/restaurant with a nice menu, attentive staff and a solid bar selection. A nice place to sit, relax and have a bite before wandering Kowloon
