No respetaron mi reservación. A pesar de que llegué 5 min antes no tenían idea de mi reserva, me preguntaron si pudiera estar bajo otro nombre, al mencionarles que era por OpenTable me dijeron que tendría que esperar porque ya había otros clientes en línea de espera y que me pondrían en ella. Tuvieron preguntas racistas hacia mi al preguntarme que si era mexicano, lo cual se me hace indignante. Luego trataron de corregir el hecho mencionando que lo preguntaban para saber el origen de mi teléfono celular. Todo de mi mal gusto. Pésima experiencia para no regresar jamás. Me salí y no comí ahí. Para q sirve reservar en la app si no van a estar listos para atenderte??????

Hostess told us that reservations are no longer available through open table. It is better to call directly. They respected my reservation and i was able to get a table within 5 mins. Food and service was great.

Everything was amazing I ordered the Lomein noodles combination but it needs more flavor and more vegetables and meats other than that it was good the lettuce wrap number one dish on the menu delicioussssss ur drinks excellent too noisy there were children running around like if it was a playground and not a fancy restaurant need to have more on a say so on that for being pricey but over all great will I go again yes but hoping less noise

The new customer payment process is terrible…understand the biz is trying to save on expenses but, I have discouraging my acquaintances to attending. There are many other options available where the customer does not have to open an app and pay by phone… that is why servers are available.

Lo malo fue que llegué y ellos no tenían mi reservación que aún no se les había reflejado, aún que se hizo media hora antes que no la tenían. Que me iban a registrar como nueva reservación pero que tenía que esperar casi una hora. Lo bueno fue que nos dieron lugar en la barra y ahí mismo comimos sin ningún problema y buena atención

The food was good as usual but the ambience and the service were ok. The waitress was very nice but somehow 2 of our plates were forgotten. The restaurant took care of it so that was nice.

I’ve been to a few P.F. Chang’s, and while the menu items at this one are typical of the chain, the preparation is lacking. Sauces are pastey and lack flavor, several hot dishes were served at cool temps, and lettuce for the lettuce wrap was brown and mushy on several pieces. Management needs a refresher course in corporate standards!

The restaurant was very, very dirty. Our server was great, the food was fine, although the new menu sure leaves a lot to be desired. We were seated with a view of the back and it was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant overall was very dirty. And...we were there early - 6:30pm.

Made a reservation and table wasn’t ready. Then they seated us in a dirty table with dirty plates. Waitress even placed down dirty napkins. She apologized and said she would get some clean ones. Her ponytail was so high on her head that her hair was all over her face. Food was dry, bland, and warm, at best. This seems to be becoming the norm for this’d restaurant.

Sin duda es la peor experiencia en un PF Chang´s , el servicio fué simplemente ignorante, falto de protocolo , sin conocimiento de servicio , descuidado; copas sucias al pedir Champagne, mesero no sabía servir, olvidó la orden varias veces, nunca llegó un platillo , todo equivocado , cero conocimiento , la comida estuvo x , todo llegó a destiempo , URGE CAPACITACIÓN, no volvería nunca.

I was dining alone, but the experience was terrific. I started with hot & sour soup and spring rolls - both excellent. The garlic chicken and broccoli was perfectly prepared and well served.

First of all they didn’t had our reservation on their system (I made it on open table and showed to them) They took more than 39 minutes to give us a table even though they were half empty. Bar service was ok, but they didn’t had a good selection beers... bartender mentioned they were having problems with Distribuitors Our server was very disorganized. Not enough plates/utensils. She kept forgetting things we asked. Never asked if we needed more drinks. Partial food was delivered and she forgot two orders. She even forgot one of the appetizers We had to ask to talk to the manager and after the third time we that she didn’t showed up at our table we had to go and look for her. At the end she tried to fix things... but it was too late. Food was just ok. Not memorable
