    The service on the restaurant side was awful! I received appetizers with no appetizer plates or silverware. Naturally, I requested those items from the person delivering the food, then again from our waiter...I waited ten minutes with no appetizer plates or silverware before giving up and eating with my fingers. What's worst is my waiter would go missing for 15 minutes at a time and our entrees came out five minutes apart. So, I ordered a salad (which was delivered last) and did not have the dressing that I requested. I requested the dressing again...ten minutes later, still no dressing.

    It was a great experience overall. Restaurant area was very clean , quick, and nice staff. Bowling was a little off due to lane kept going down losing bowling time but overall I give it a 8/10.

    It was okay , the food was terrible , place was too loud , couldn’t find the right weight ball to play with , I didn’t want to post anything , I tried deleting when asked , but you kept asking and I don’t lie . Sorry.

    Normally the service and food is good but for some reason - this visit was really bad. They stated that they were backed up in the kitchen. They got our order wrong, and we received our food late, then my husbands burger was overcooked, bread was hard and they thru a slice of cold cheese on it, was missing bacon. My sister and niece fries were delivered late, they were done with their entree by the time the fries came out. Didn’t get an apology from the manager but our waitress was really nice and tried to accommodate us - they comp’d the fries and my husbands meal (they did remake his burger but of course they forgot the items that requested on his burger) he was frustrated and just took his meal home.

    Irving, Tx Location. I visited the location ahead of time at 12:30 pm to make sure everything go smoothly when we return at 4 pm later that day. The front host lady was impatience, standoff, and quick to help the next customers when I asked about our reservations and items to bring. I walked to the back to ask questions about prepaying for bowling, the gentleman was rude and impatient also, and could care less if he helped me or not. Mind you this was Sunday 5/21/23 at around 12:30 pm so basically it wasn't crowded in the dining area or bowling area. I left and my son and I returned back to the restaurant. We were the first to arrive, we were seated. My party guest arrived within minutes, and we were waited on by a waitress (I will not release her name) but she started out very distant and she seem to be sad or uninterested by her actions. My family also noticed it, so my mom asked the waitress why she look so sad and then she explained the reason that she was tired. The food selection was basic, choices were burgers, pizza, salad, and finger foods. Appetizers came out fairly quick. We had plain wings, cheese sticks and chips & salsa which were good. Our main course meal was burgers, fish and chicken sandwich. We received our main course food probably 30-40 minutes later, which was pushing it because I had already prepaid for bowling at 6pm. The main course was basic nothing that give you that WOW effect very infilling, we pretty much left the dining room area and needed to order more food in the bowling area. We paid and was done 10 minutes till 6pm. We headed to the back, checked in and retrieved our bowling shoes. My son set up the lanes and we begin to bowl. During the course of the game we had many issues with our lane such as bumpers stayed up, the pins would not reset and our minutes were wasted while we hunt down someone to help us. May I suggest much better food selection and customer service personals. Overall this experience was a 4 out of 10.

    Food took forever and was cold and not very good. Server was too busy talking to other servers to help us. I wouldn't go through all the trouble to eat there again. Will eat somewhere else first then let my child play in the arcade after.

    The food was not very good, Pin Stack needs to hire someone to come in and help with making sure the food is good before it goes out to the customers. I will return for the bowling. I would only recommend friends for the bowling.

    Very few customers while we were there, so not sure why the service was kind of slow, and our appetizer came out after our entrees. The servers were very nice, but it all seemed a bit confused. Food was great! May have just been an off time for employees.

    Took a while to get service, wrong food item were brought out but quickly fixed. another server took the initiative to serve us and was very nice. Hostess was a bit annoyed when we check in. Overall okay experience, don’t go when you’re very hungry.

    Table was not cleaned and set prior to being seated. The front desk hostess had to clean the area herself. Sever took so long to come to the table in her area another kind server named Justice took over. She was excellent!

    I had a reservation and my table wasn't ready. Food was decent nothing special just basic options. Our waitress was great she was pleasant. Thought we could bowl after dinner but kids were EveryWhere. Good family night place or teenagers hangout.

    JJ was fantastic!! I forgot another young man's name...he was quite helpful, but was disappointed at how untidy everything was even the restrooms. Floors not vacuumed, tables sticky, and 4 what I was charged, was expecting more exemplary service and experience.

    Our server was amazing. The drinks were good from the bar. The food menu was limited with some items not being available, but that’s everywhere these days. The salmon was amazing. The nachos were ok, definitely can feed a family off of those. My kids loved the cheese pizza off of the kids menu. The portions are large for the kids menu. Overall we enjoyed it.
