   The noise level made it nearly impossible to commute. It was 65min before we got our food. Our waitress was great-just had too many tables.

    I have eaten at Quality Italian numerous times and have always had great food and great service. Unfortunately, that was not the experience This week. Overall, the food was sub par and not cooked properly. The worst was the $165 double tomahawk steak that came out barely cooked when it was ordered as medium rare plus. Whenever you send food back to be fired more, it’s just never right. The interior was was but exterior of the steak was burnt.

    Quality Italian has been placed on my Top 5 restaurants! It's an experience. From the food to service. The staff are extremely attentive. Our waiter Jasmin always guides my girlfriend and I to the best parts of the menu. We started with Appetizers Sausage and peppers, Baked clams and a Ricotta cheese board sprinkled with honey and sesame seeds. We shared an pasta and lobster entree with the 25 day dry aged sirloin! Perfection! Looking forward to our next experience. Thank you

    Went for dinner before a show. Great place to start our night! Appetizers were delicious, entrees were great, and wine was delicious. Our sever was also great. He made good recommendations and did really well taking care of food for my 7 year old niece. I had the porterhouse ravioli and it was incredible. The pork chop my mom had was soooo good too. Overall, definitely recommend this restaurant!

    We brought my boyfriends parents here for what was suppose to be a nicer meal. We had at 5pm seating, and were amoung the first to order, but the food came out too quick. Under 10 minutes, too quick. Among our immediate delivery was 2 pastas, the chicken parm pizza, corn brûlée, and meatballs. The chicken parm pizza, was massive (menus says for 2, but we were 4 and in the end it was left to half of its lukewarm glory)— but the thing that was most disappointing was it all felt pre made. The expectation of the cheesy pull that happens with you lift up a slice of pizza, was replaced with the side view of unmelted pieces of cheese. The over presentation of the pizza just added to the lukewarm let down, when it ended up with sauce in my water and over honeyed chicken parm. (If you do order this I would recommend skipping the “hot” Honey, which was neither hot, nor appetizing on chicken parm- there is a reason it hasn’t been done before.) After 15 minutes of waiting for the waiter who sauced my water to replace it, I had to flag someone down. The other dishes were fine, but nothing to write home about. We then ordered the tiramisu and chocolate cake for dessert. Their massive size did not make up for the lack of flavor. My guess is they used an americano vs an espresso to soak the tiramisu. But what was probably more disappointing was if you closed your eyes and ate the chocolate cake, you’d honestly would have no idea that it was chocolate. Part of the topping for the icy gelato, was just pieces of the cake ends. It felt uncreative, and honestly cheap for the $19 price tag. It reminded of Pete Wells’ article in the NYT “The Ice Cream Sundae Must Be Stopped”- this was just a mis-proportioned sundae. Quality Italian ended up being an expensive tourist trap, that we won’t be returning to. (And even if you are a tourist in New York, trust us there are better Italian restaurants to spend your money on.)

    I love this restaurant, but it is just TOO loud. I have to rethink where i take people when we actually want to talk to each other. They could so easily put some sound baffling panels on the ceiling slab. Anything would help!

    A favorite while we were visiting NYC. Attractive dining room that isn’t stuffy. Can dress up but also okay to wear jeans. Loud fun music, delicious classic Italian food. Accommodated child easily. Portions larger and seemed best suited for family style. Save room for dessert. Ricotta appetizer was more interesting that guacamole in our view for appetizer. NY Chop Salad yummy but as a first course easily served 3-4 people. Spicy lobster in vodka sauce was delicious. Chocolate olive oil cake is delicious and sized for entire table.

    Unfortunately, our waitress was sub-par. Wouldn’t let us relax and enjoy our appetizers and drinks. Insisted kitchen was 45 minutes out. Our meals came in 20 before we had finished. Very curt. The chicken parm pizza is ok- enough for 3-4 Our waitress insisted we need 2- had an entire one left over. I know in this COVID world we are suppose to be grateful for servers but she was terrible.

    We chose to sit inside because it was so steamy outside, the ambiance was nice, industrial modern, however, the A/C could have been turned up a few notches. Our server was great, unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive and kind, not bad for a pregnant woman. Kudos to her! We started off with cocktails, the TRICOLORE MARGARITA was interesting and tasty, so good, I had two! We shared an order of the CRISPY CALAMARI CASINO. Portions were perfect, enough to share. Loved it! We both got pasta for the main entrees. I had the Paccheri Amatriciana and my friend had a fusilli special made with a garlic and oil sauce and shredded filet mignon. Both were delicious albeit served a tad too much on the al dente side for my taste. For dessert we shared the Chocolate Olive Oil Cake that was enough for 4 people. It was served with cherry compote, espresso nib streusel and gelato, yes it was as good as it sounds! A delicious meal, a nice dining experience, the place was hopping when we left (around 7:00ish). Lots of hipsters, a very vibrate bar scene.

    Food & service was great -amazing! BUT I called at 2:30 to add one more to table of four & person answering phone said it could not be done - was adamant about it- we get to restaurant & hostess asks us if we are party of four or five - it was like salt in wound & when I explained what happened she completely ignored what I was saying- like lost her hearing suddenly.
