Great service and flatbreads.
Love this place!!! Pizza is amazing and great drink selection. Always a go-to.
We were seated right away, service was prompt and friendly. Food was quickly brought over and was delicious!
One of my favorite places!! The food is still just as great as the last time I was there. Sticky ribs are to die for. Fall off the bone. Also the flatbreads are incredible. I got the fig and walnut and put prosciutto on it and wow. I’ve never had a bad meal here and you won’t either.
Always a pleasure to eat at Rail Trail Flatbread Co. amazing food great service!
Had dinner here Saturday night. Sat outside at their picnic tables. I had a small pepperoni paradise which was quite good. My wife had a burger which she also thought was quite good. The handcut fries were also tasty as I snitched a few. We will return
Ate outside on picnic tables. Thank you for making it work in this crazy time. Salads were great as usual as was our pepperoni paradise pizza!
Good craft beer and the flatbread pizza we had was very good. Place was packed with lots of people waiting for a table, it was a good idea to make a reservation although they only reserve a small number of tables. Crowd was a mix of all ages.
Great all around! We stayed for a few hours and they didn’t pressure us to move. Friendly staff, good beer selection, and great food. Roasted Mexican corn flatbread surprisingly delicious.
Always consistent. Good service and good food
Was pleasantly surprised how quickly got in as super busy for a Tuesday lunch crowd thanks to this site/reservation. Food (pizzas) was delicious, though super busy and the waitress was very rushed but great! Definitely recommend but again super busy and kind of loud even for a Tuesday mid day!
Always a long wait but food is good and service was great
I should have been informed that you had a group of about 50 young children booked. Parents allowed kids to run, move chairs, yell, while they sat at their own tables talking and ignoring kids. Made it difficult for others to have a conversation and talk business.
I have been to eat here before. The night we went was ok. I understand there are many beer lovers out there but I like wine and wine list was very limited on top
Of being ridiculously expensive. 12.00 for a
Glass o Chardonnay. And it was NOT a generous pour. The pizza was alright. Mine pick your own toppings of sausage and mushroom did not have much cheese on it. And my husband had pepperoni special and it was sooo
Salty. We won’t be going back for a while if we do at
All. The sever was very good.
Just a small group of college friends getting together. The food is always fresh, made to order and the flatbread combinations are inventive.
We are new to Hudson and have heard great things about Rail Trail, so we gave it a try this weekend. Everything about our experience was great, including the service and food. We will be going back again.
Great food as usual, lovely wait staff, food a little slow to come out but still worth the wait,
This is one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in a long time. Fun, friendly, delicious food and reasonably priced.
Great place to hang. Food is always fresh and they use great ingredients. Menu changes with season.Fun!
Amazing food as usual. Such innovative delicious cuisine. We love it so much we went back yesterday!
I have been to RailTrail many times however I was very disappointed this time. I ordered my usual kale salad and custom flatbread. The Salad was mostly Romaine and just a little bit of kale. Typically the salad has a lot of kale and less romaine. When my flatbread arrived it was not hot, clearly it had been out of the oven for a while. The waitress said they would make the flatbread over, great idea. The new flatbread arrived piping hot however it was not the usual quality. In the past the flatbread arrives paper thin, not the case this night. The flatbread was doughy. Typically the flatbread is crispy, and charred at the crust, again not the case this time. Overall my dinner was less than typical and very disappointing.
One of our favorite places for a fun night out with the family. Terrific food. Great for kids.
Very great service considering how crowded it was.
We were a bit crowded! Tables in our section were full, but rather close together (large people on either side of us!!). Otherwise it was great.
Great as usual
Perhaps I'm more of a traditional pizza lover as I found the flatbread aspect a bit on the thin and dried out side. I did like that the pie was cut into small, easily to handle pieces. The host first tried to seat us at the rear of the main dining area, next to a very loud work group of twelve very chatty guys - no way. We moved ourselves up to the front of the place, close to the pizza oven - a great seat for us.
We also had the tofu bowl which was a bit overpriced for what it was. In fact, I found the menu items a bit overpriced in every way. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I do go out to eat often so I don't consider myself out of touch with today's restaurant pricing. But, let's face it - a pizza/flatbread is just a few cents of dough and water, a spread of tomato and a few veggies, or meats for decoration.
I may try this again, especially since there's a great ice cream place directly across the street - and mom always said that dessert comes AFTER the main course!
This was a great place for a date! Not loud, pleasant and caring staff, delicious food. I had their crispy chicken parmesan bowl and my friend tried one of their salads and we were both very happy. Love the atmosphere inside and the location in Hudson! Great place!
Overall a nice place to go for a flatbread very good.
We had a reservation and we were not seated until 45 minutes later then our time. We waited for almost an hour for 2 pizzas that were under cooked. The person in charge of the kitchen knew they were undercooked because I saw him talking about the pizzas to the person running the oven. He allowed them to go out anyway.
There are way to many other restaurants to choose from to ever go back to a restaurant that provided the service we got at the Rail Trail. No thank you.
I have been a big fan of rail trail since it opened, I even had them cater my husbands birthday party! I’ve brought friends from all over Massachusetts and really enjoyed it until tonight. Tonight was so disappointing that I have to say something. I made reservations for two almost ten days ago and when we got to the restaurant we were sat at the worst table in the place, the staff was gracious and accommodating and moved us to a better table so that really appreciated and doesn’t effect the review other than I don’t think anyone should be sat at that table. My review is for the food, we got the chicken bacon ranch and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese flatbreads and they were horrible. Almost no chicken on either of them and very doughy it felt like they were missing half of their ingredients- they did not taste anything like they have in the past. The level of service was also extremely disappointing as I inquired if I could make a custom pizza like the bahn mi which used to be on the menu and the waitress completely shut me down without offering any sort of suggestions. We ordered a sangria and a beer flight and were never asked again if we wanted another drink or were asked how of food was. so we ended up leaving and going down the street for another drink and dessert. I don’t know if this was just an off night but we left feeling like the restaurant has totally changed and was no longer the place we couldn’t wait to take friends to.
Enjoyed an excellent meal with our friends. Thankfully we were all the way in the back in the corner so it was a little quieter. The staff was attentive and helpful. The service was great. And the food was really really good. As someone who has a gluten-free diet - This place was a paradise
Made reservations through opentable. When I arrived I was seated immediately!! The food was amazing and staff were awesome!! Great experience!!!
My boyfriend and I love coming here. It’s definitely our spot and we can’t get enough of it!
Wait staff was excellent and food was delicious!
Always have an enjoyable meal and experience at Rail Trail! The noise level was a little higher than normal...not sure if it was time of day? The fish tacos were incredible...the only thing, I asked for no jalepenos, but they came with them on the tacos...not a big deal to take them off myself, but the flavor was still apparent. Will definitely return.
Service was a little slow/all over the place due to it being a packed Sunday but the food is awesome!
Came in for brunch with a girlfriend. Our brunch pizza was delicious and the lovely waitress refilled my coffee 3 times during a busy brunch. My friend and I were very into our conversation and were basically in our own world and I was really grateful that they let us sit and drink coffee and slowly munch on pizza for 2 hours during s busy brunch without telling us they need the table. That's great service and allowed us to have a great experience!
All staff friendly and great food is always good
RT has deservedly been added to our dine out rotation. The service, food and drink options and value really impressed. If you like flat bread pizza this is a must try venue. The only issue is convenient parking is not available.
The quality of the food outweighs the subpar service. Be prepared to wait a very long time for drinks, a very long time for water (if offered at all) the waitstaff in its entirety are there to work in a hipster pizza place and wear plaid shirts- there is zero personality or enthusiasm displayed, ever- they really just don't care about providing good service because they know people will eat there no matter what.
