    Nicely appointed. New waitstaff is pleasant and competent, but lacks that "extra touch" of attention given by seasoned waitstaff. Wagyu meatloaf very tasty, but the mashed potato side was completely cold. Requested new order and they were hot, much better. Roasted baby carrots side average. Ordered two filets. Cooked well. Nice, generous cuts of meat. The onion jam on the filet didn't belong (sweet seasoning conflicted with the taste of the filet) and is not necessary. The sides (broccolini and baby potatoes) were uninspired. Imagine two stalks of broccolini and four under-seasoned baby potatoes rolling around on the plate. Lacked creativity. Plating was mediocre. Overall would we go back, yes. Steak was good. Meatloaf was good. But didn't 'rise above' given the robust foodie scene of SA.

    The Ranch was overall a disappointment. The drinks were wrong, we ordered oysters as well as an appetizers of Brussel sprouts and never received the Brussel sprouts. The biggest issue was after 1 1/2 hours we received our diners 20 minutes before we had to catch a show at the Majestic theater so they wanted to box them up which for me was not good. We paid and gave the four meals to a couple with two children that had just arrived. Don't think I will be making a return visit. P.S. the meals looked fantastic.

    GREAT portions, amazing food! Everything was cooked perfectly & tasted delicious. Fantastic service, I ordered a cucumber martini (not on the menu but they have a full bar) the waiter ran upstairs to the hotel just to get a cucumber for the bartender for my drink. We had appetizers, dinner & dessert which were all delicious

    Service was great, for being a steakhouse the steaks where a little overcooked and bland. For a $45 steak, I would expect more.

    The bartender was rude. The waitress unprofessional the manager incompetent. We were there almost 3 hours. We had to go up and down stairs to get our own bar drinks and hunt staff down for refills entire tine. It was very disappointing!

    It was Mother’s Day and very busy, which we completely understand. We were told our reservation was moved back a half hour, but it ended up being quite a bit longer. I know the staff was trying to accommodate a large crowd that day. The food was great, although we do wish the prefixed menu was a little more rounded as we had a couple of Vegetarians among us. We loved the wine pairings!

    Reservation 30 minutes late. First hour only got appetizer. Had to ask for everything. Silverware more water second course check. Everything. No visible manager ever in over two hours on Mother’s Day.

    We had reservations for 1:00 on mothers day. When we arrived we checked in at the hostess station and stated "we can honor your reservation but we are running 15 minutes late....if you'd like to have a drink at the bar...." so we waited and waited and finally an hour past our reservation time we were seated. It was a fixed menu with a few options for 3 courses. I requested the salad as my first course. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect iceberg lettuce, some small pieces of cucumber and halfed cherry tomatoes but a restaurant of this caliber. The 2nd course was supposed to be a cheese charcuterie board for the table. It had 4 pieces of galf frozen pita bread, 4 slices of cheese. The kicker is they brought our main course before the cheese board and only brought it when we asked about it. I got the salmon which was decent and my husband, son and his girlfriend got the pasta bolognese. The bolognese was really good. For dessert there was carrot cake or Mississippi mud pie. I enjoyed the carrot cake. If it weren't for the main courses being decent and the desserts being good....I would have given less stars. We joked about the experience the whole day.

    I made a reservation for Mother’s Day to take my mom. When we showed up for our 12:45pm reservation they told us there was a 20 minute wait. After an hour passed I was furious. We were finally seated at 1:55pm, we were aware of the predetermined menu although we found out from the waiter that all the included desserts had nuts, my mother has a nut allergy. For a $50 per person menu price plus a mandatory 20% gratuity, the entire experience was awful. Range, in the future please have someone assigned to cleaning the table and not your hostess and don’t overbook reservations. You don’t expect me to be more than 15 minutes late, I shouldn’t wait more than 15 minutes for a reservation. I should mention that we didn’t even eat, we left due to no included desserts and horrible service from the moment we arrived.

    Below my expectations, to be fair it was Mother's Day brunch so busy, Waitress was working her behind off just overwhelmed, I know a brunch takes a little longer, but two and a half hours seemed too long

    First off, my husband and I really enjoyed the complimentary blueberry muffins offered to the table. They were warm and served with delicious butter. But we started off the meal with the meatball appetizer which was probably my favorite thing of the night. They had a lot of flavor. My husband ordered the pork chop which was just ok, the star of his plate was the grits they were served with. Those were a 10/10. I ordered the filet which was actually very tender but the potatoes and broccoli were underwhelming. I also did order the prickly pear daiquiri which was a beautiful drink and tasted good too.

    The service was good, the atmosphere was nice, but the food was pretty middling. Had the filet, it was perfectly cooked but under seasoned and not very flavorful. The sides with it (potatoes and broccolini) were both undercooked. The tableside caesar was pretty good and quite a large serving.

    The food was phenomenal. But the service is where it gets it’s 5 stars. Honestly Amanda was the highlight of the evening. She was kind had good suggestions and was attention detailed. Honestly my husband can make a really good steak at home so I can assure you when we come back it will be because of the service it’s second to none.

    The food was amazing but it took forever for the food. The waiter was good. We went for lunch though and ordered from the dinner menu. Maybe that was the timing issue. Otherwise I love the place!!

    Our Server, Steven was attentive and friendly. It was our first time in and we were disappointed that we couldn’t sit upstairs to dine. We were told by the hostess it was only for larger parties. Didn’t really care to sit so close to the bar but the great food and prompt service made up for it.

    Our Server, Chris, was amazing! She was very attentive and made us feel like we were her only table, even though she had multiple tables! The food was incredible from the appetizers all the way to dessert and everything in between. If you need a great spot for something special or just a night out I would highly recommend Range. Make sure to ask for Chris!

    We had a waitress, who came to our table and said "I've been here for 5 hours and "I have made a $5 tip, so I'm going home, (insert name) will take care of you from here". Then the new person took our drink order then a THIRD PERSON delivered the drinks and proceeded to take our order and be our waiter for the rest of the night without zero explanation. $130 for 2 people who split a meal and 1 appetizer is disgusting. I will be posting this experience on every known social media site/review site possible.

    The hostess was very hospitable from check in to us leaving. Johnathan was our waiter he was outstanding! All the staff are friendly and made our first time visit one worth returning for. There is a waiting area that we were able to sit and wait for the rest of our party, our table was ready and the hostess was great at offering us their delicious blueberry muffins while we waited. I got the filet, my husband had the pork chop, my brothers had bolognese, chicken, meatloaf, and salmon. Everything look and tasted great! Worth the money. Atmosphere passes the vibe check. Thank you Range for a nice birthday dinner.
