Gutes Essen, für einen Michelin Stern jedoch zu wenig. Grüße aus der Küche: einmal Cracker mit Dip, einmal Brot mit aromatisierter Butter: Ein bisschen dürftig... Zumindest gab es noch einen Trüffelschaum: Sehr lecker! Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge waren alle gut, allerdings weit entfernt von einer Offenbarung. Das Ambiente mit Blick auf Hongkong-Island ist spektakulär. Leider wirkt sich das aber offenbar auf die Getränkepreise aus: 50 Euro pro GLAS offenen Weißwein haben wir nichteinmal im 3-Sterne Restaurant bezahlt.

Very good restaurant with very reasonable price. The ambiance is romantic and beautiful, would recommend it to anyone for a special occasion
