Red Carpet Italian Restaurant
Amazing service, presentation of food was beyond our expectations, and everything about this place was very good. Usually gets busy around 8pm. Had the crab stuffed ravioli, the chicken Parm, the veil. All were excellent.
From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with smiling faces staff was incredibly helpful. I was a bit early to my reservation but regardless was seated in a matter of min I have tried many restaurants in Miami but I can honestly say this place is a gem nothing comes close from service to food I was blown away. I will come back many more times and I can honestly say I can’t wait to return. Loved it. Truly a amazing team
Good, decent family owned and operated. Always our “go to” place. Enjoy!
Wonderful dining with Italian standards. And specials with a flair. Nice wine list. Something for everyone. I had the caprese with prosciutto as an special appetizer and my husband gad the sweet potato soup. Delish. Entrees were artichokes ravioli and spaghetti Bolognese. Very nice. Profiteroles for dessert
Worthwhile for a solid Italian dinner.
It was great!!
Very quaint place, loved the risotto, service excellent
Pretty awesome food and the service is just spectacular.
Best place for authentic Italian in Miami by far.
I have been several times and tried different dishes and all have been delicious, highly recommended
Excellent !!! My favorite restaurant bc of the food, service, and great price.
The best restaurant for Italian food in Miami. I’ve been multiple times always good
Loved everything about this place i would recommend for any occasion
Red Carpet just never seems to fail to deliver a nice dining experience. It is family owned and operated. Don’t go there expecting professional white glove service. But you will receive friendly, efficient service and the food will be excellent. My octopus appetizer and veal Milanese were both very good. We did not order dessert but the nights special was brought, on the house, for us to try. Again, like the rest of the meal, it was excellent. This is the type of hidden gem which makes dining fun.
This was our first time dining at Red Carpet. I chose this restaurant looking for an authentic Italian dinner experience. The whole of the restaurant was Spanish speaking, and our first server who ended up dragging her feet (not wanting to help us because it was the “end of her shift”) spoke only basic English. The service was unfortunately inattentive for the most part. They mistook one of our entrees, which never even made it to the table. The food was good, but by no means great. Wine list was limited, as was the menu. For a “special occasion” restaurant, this place missed the mark.
Ambiance, food and customer service are outstanding.
Amazing service and food. We love red carpet Italian.
A lovely restaurant with wonderful food and an attentive staff.
Chicken Parm was excellent. They were a bit quick to want to take plates, but always respectful. The atmosphere is conducive to deep conversation, just right in noise, light, and such, something most restaurants fail in achieving. I'd go back
Absolutely wonderful experience. Alfredo greeted us upon entry, and was our server as well. Family run business that makes everything from scratch. Highly recommend the salad with figs and prosciutto. The pastas were wonderful, especially linguine and clams. I had the chicken parm which melts in your mouth. The wine list very good, and extremely reasonable. Lovely for an anniversary, or fun night out. The best Italian food we have had in a long time. We came from Parkland, an hour and a half drive in rush hour, but totally worth it.
As usual when on a business trip, I selected this restaurant via Open Table App, according to distance, reviews and menu. I am never disappointed. The ambiance of Red Carpet was simpler than regular Italian restaurant, but also more quiet - which is a plus. The options on the menus are varied, the typical Italian dishes. I picked the chicken parmigiana, which was very well prepared and delicious. The service was also very nice and friendly. Really up to good reviews!
I have been here so many times and it is consistently good every time.
This little gem on SW 8th Street never disappoints. Great food at a great price. Pumpkin ravioli is delicious and also their fig salad. The owners are lovely and treat you like family. We keep going back.
I booked table for 3 but in the end there were 4 of us. The food and service are good as always. Been to the restaurant about 7 or 8 times and have taken friends and family. Great little place.
Wonderful Sunday Lunch with family, Red Carpet is excellent. Thank you Alfredo and Staff for a great afternoon with good food and great service, Enjoy!
GREAT food and customer service the meals appetizers and drinks were superb
Nice ambience, a family owned Italian restaurant
Outstanding but hidden gem in a strip mall off 8th street. Great food and service
Best as always, Alfredo makes us feel as family. Good food, good service and always a favorite of ours, Enjoy!
We are from Palm Beach county my son lives in the area, So we went to look for a good local restaurant that we could enjoy. The food was great. The server were nice by they need a little more training on the wine list. We had a special cheese cake for desert that was just amazing. I would definitely come back here if the opportunity presented itself
Been here for about 8 times or so and the food, the service is always good.
Excellent as always, truly a wonderful place where we feel at home. I’ve enjoyed this family owned restaurant since they opened and it continues to be my go to, feel good place with well prepared food, Enjoy!
All the dishes were very tasty. Our entire party of 8 enjoyed your choices.
We inadvertently made a reservation for 2 however, the staff did a great job accommodating all of un without delay. Great service, and food.
I’m not even a big fan of Italian food. Probably because I have not been able to find delicious Italian until now. And, not only is the food spectacular, they make you feel like part of a family the moment you walk in, whether or not you’re a regular. It’s an amazing culinary experience from beginning to end!
Food and service were top notch... definitely a hidden gem. We enjoyed the specials, especially the salad with figs and Gorgonzola and prosciutto. It was amazing... I had the filet in a wine sauce with a side of Parmesan risotto, cooked to perfection! Overall, this was such a special surprise. Can’t wait to go back!
Staff is knowledgeable and willing to accommodate and serve you exactly what you are craving …
Don’t judge a book by its cover ! An unassuming place in a strip mall turned into a wonderful dining experience. Service was attentive and accommodating. Food was fabulous- excellent buffalo mozzarella appetizer with great fried calamari. Entrees in our party was chicken parm (delicious !) which came with a side of linguine with oil and garlic. Branzino- very light and delicate. A risotto custom-prepared with shrimp. Prices are more than reasonable. A BIG BONUS was you could have a conversation since the noise level was low ! Loved this place- will be back !!!
We came across this restaurant on Open Table. The reviews droves us to go there. Brought another couple. Everything was exceptional. Had a Dorada fish special that was simply seasoned and grilled and tasted great. Salad with house dressing was perfect. And a bit of desert to celebrate a birthday which was comped. Just go see for yourself.
Always great food and service. Unpretentious and delicious. Ask for the fig salad. Wife and I love this place!!!
We certainly did not know what to expect from an Italian restaurant in Little Havana but were surprised with the wonderful menu and preparations.
The staff are extremely cordial and attentive. The items we tried were absolutley delicious.
We look forward to a return visit.
Never disappoints!! Appetizers: The vegetables puree soup & Crab cakes were excellent. Entrees: We both had the Pasta Special; Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms. Very good, although the tagliatelle were a bit over cooked.
This was our second visit with friends. The first time 4 of the 6 of us loved their meal with 2 rating it as ok. This visit 4 of 7 thought their meals were good-very good with 3 funding the entree to be less than expected. For example, my pasta dish seemed to be over cooked. Given the inconsistent quality, we can only score the food as 3 stars.
Service here is very good and the setting is simple but attractive. The noise level is very low, making it excellent for conversing with your dining partners.
