We had an appointment for 745pm and arrived at 730pm. The front desk person was very rude as she indicated that reservations do not matter She said rudely that we had to wait at least 25 minutes After 45 minutes a manager arrived and listened to us and assisted with getting a table. Took 1 hour 10 minutes for food to arrive I don’t think places should take reservations if they cannot honor them I do not recommend West Palm beach Red Lobster

Soup was cold. Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Didn’t have baked potato tried to sneak us mashed potatoes.

Worst experience ever! Over an hour and a half wait for our food? We finally left and we’re told by the server Jerry than our food was ready!!! Yet he had no food. The manager never came over and I happened to see him as I was leaving. Response was I’m sorry? Gave me 2 gift cards for $20. Really all I wanted was the food we ordered. People seated after us all received there food right away? Would NEVER go back.

The service was excellent! We were attended to by Zach who always was around to ask if our dining was going well. I was with my wife and three local friends. Catching up was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, food is terrible! I ordered the "Endless Shrimp" and I just finished half of what was served the first time. The rice was severely undercooked and the shrimp was really salty. I experienced buyers remorse as my money would have been better spent in another restaurant. My wife and I are customers of Red Lobster in Toronto where they cook the food much better. The reason we keep coming back to Red Lobster Toronto. But Red Lobster West Palm Beach - that is our first visit and definitely our last!

Asked for sugar and sweet n low and the packets were chunky like they had been exposed to moisture at some point? Food was pretty good had the shrimp trio and the fish and chips (only one medium size fish fillet) on the fish and chip dinner. Also had a app crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon. Was very good!

Although understaffed, as most restaurants these days thanks to the current Biden regime paying folks to stay home, all staff went over and beyond to offer very good service and fresh tasty meal. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!!!
