Redrock Canyon Grill - Southlake
Sometime in the last 2 weeks, they took my 2 favorite items off the menu. Disappointing. That will decrease how often I go significantly.
Service and food were excellent. Dined with work colleagues we enjoyed our visit.
Great place to go anytime. Busy but not excessive long waiting. Tables turn fairly quickly. Food is very good and you will not go away hungry. Menu is diverse but you are not overwhelmed by choice like some places. Highly recommended.
Buyer beware! Social Hour offerings are not what they seem! Inferior liquor is substituted for what is listed on the menu. For example, in the Signature Manhattan, cheap bourbon is substituted. Really? C'mon!
Very noisy in the main dining area. We asked to be seated on the “patio area”.
Well stocked wine closet but no wine list was presented for their selections that were on display. When I ordered one I had seen it caught the waiter off guard. He brought me the main menu which had a few red wines on it but not the Heitz Cellar I requested. I showed him the wine in the wine closet.
I ordered the salmon which was too well done and a very thin portion.
Always great food and service.
We were celebrating a birthday which I stated in my reservation. I have been to Redrock many times and always had impeccable service. I was excited to invite a friend who had never been there. Our waitress was not at all trained enough. She referred to things "costing 7 bucks etc". Drinks were not refilled and we had to ask other staff to get refills. Birthday was not mentioned. She ruined the experience.
The food is great. The restaurant is lovely. And our waitress for the evening was PHENOMENAL! Everyone did a great job!
One of our favorite places to dine with friends and family!
Very nice, moderately priced. Family friendly. Excellent service.
It was loud in this restaurant to where I could barely hear my date across the table. The waiter didn’t refill my water and I had to keep having to ask over and over again- I ended up just drinking the rest of my dates water. We ordered the calamari, he got a ribeye, and I had the rotisserie chicken. The calamari was okay but not great, his ribeye looked amazing- I definitely stole a bite. The mashed potatoes were sooo good but I couldn’t eat all of them. I was really excited about my chicken but it was so dry. At one point, I almost gagged because it was hard to chew from how dry it was. I really expected more from this restaurant and it was my first time there. Bummed.
We were introduced to Redrock Canyon Grill by family in Oklahoma City. We were delighted to find we had one close. We have been here a few times now. The service and food have always been excellent and “perfect” margarita is just that. This is now our go-to place for special occasions.
Great place to meet friends for fun dinner! Food was so good - really flavorful at a great value!
Fantastic service and excellent food!
We love the Happy Hour. The choices of food are ample portions for the price. The service was outstanding with so many servers waiting on you. Our only complaint, it’s very noisy.
Overall we had a very good experience here at the restaurant. Service was OK food was OK. They could work on their food presentation.
Celebration for granddaughter's 19th birthday. Really thought they would comp her dessert but didn't!
Food was very good and the service was outstanding. Glad we made reservations.
Excellent service & food! A little noisy for conversation though.
Im not sure..Id tell them my experience and let them judge on their own. We had a table across from ours who had been drinking so they were very loud. My daughter had to reorder food twice. My fries were hard and dry I had to reorder.
Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Our waiter Holden was very observant and we never had to ask for anything. The noise level is horrible. We could barely hear the people at our booth. With the music and the crowds it was too much.
First time at Redrock Canyon Grill, visited for Mother's Day Brunch and had a wonderful experience! They were VERY busy but we got amazing service and the food was great.
We eat here frequently and love all the things about this place!
Food and service were great. We will be back.
Large portions, delicious food! The tea was amazing and their mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. We were sat by the bar so it was a tad loud, but not enough to complain. New favorite restaurant in all of Dallas.
Great food, super service, fairly priced. A fun place for a dinner out!
The food was delicious. Their social hour menu is hard to beat. They are very accommodating.
The welcome to the restaurant should be the start of a new and nice experience... rudest, stuck up and careless group of hostess. I was not even greeted, the 3 lifeless hostess waiting for me to ask for a table. Disgusting, hire some grown ups.
Great food and drinks. Table ready. 👍🏻👍🏻
Great service, and the food was delicious! Portions were so large, that we were able to take home another meal.
We went for brunch on Easter. The food and service were excellent.
Chicken fried chicken was good !!
Table location was next to East door, high traffic and noisy. Food entree order was not correct but left it alone. Could have been a bad day as previous dining experiences have been much better, notwithstanding that we brought a new couple to introduce restaurant to them.
Loved it! The food was amazing! Service was amazing as well!! This was my husband and I first time going there!
Great time with good friends. Excellent food and service by our waiter, Nick. Looking forward to another visit.
Family birthday lunch, great experience
Food and service was very good as usual. Drinks were great too. This place is one of my favorite. I gave it 4 versus 5 because of value and noise level. Not super pricey but higher than what you would expect for this type of food. Noise was very bad but not sure how you address that given the environment.
We have dined at the Redrock Canyon Grill - Southlake many times before. The quality of the food was always good and the portions are generous. We like the atmosphere and especially the great service. Our waiter was Randall. His service and paying attention to our needs was outstanding (he surely earned the 20% gratuity).
My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is our disappointment with the (unrefined) mashed potatoes and the horrible (chewy) grilled Brussel sprouts.
Great food, attentive server Matt. The rest of the servers were all pitching in to keep the table clear of used dishes.
Very pleased with the food and service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food.
