Redrock Canyon Grill - Southlake
Pork Chop was wonderful.
My ribeye was chewy and full of fat. Service was just ok He seemed distracted or uninterested.
This was our second visit. The food was excellent, nicely portioned. We were seated in the dining room adjacent to the main restaurant- it was nice for quieter conversations. Service was impeccable, very responsive. The serving & kitchen managers also stopped by our table to make sure our experience was positive. Nice evening out, thank you Redrock Canyon Grill!
Best Happy hour specials. Superb Chicken pot pie (egt a side of extra sauce though).
We had the pork chops and the gorgonzola steak meals. Both were cooked just right and both meals had a great taste. We also had the buffalo wings. Wings were really good. And, although they were small you got plenty. We had cocktails with dinner and i must say the pours for a drink neat were extremely small.
Great place to meet up after work and grab a bite to eat either with the family or coworkers. Menu is good.
Redrock had been recommended bu a friend, but unfortunately we were not impressed. Hopefully we just made poor choices But: The calamari was tough and tasteless (of the rubber band variety) and my wife's catfish was overcooked/mushy. My chicken pot pie was pretty good.
Our group of 5 from church enjoyed brunch! Food was enjoyed by all...service by Justin and others was very good!
Table was ready per my reservation. Steak came out undercooked, which happens. But took a very long time before it was returned to the table. Other people were more than half way done their meals. Then sides weren’t right but at that point I wasn’t going to send it back and wait again. This was my first time dining here. Not sure if these problems are normal or not?
Mackenzie was an awesome server!
New Years Eve. Crowded but we had reservation and were seated right away. Rib eye a little salty in mushroom sauce. Daughter's medium plus filet way under done. Perfect Margarita is delicious! Always enjoy coming here.
Noisy and poor service, was served food we didn't order, brought wrong beer to table, first time trying, might try again for a lunch sometime due to good menu and quality of food but everything else was a disaster.
New Year’s Eve
My first time visiting and it was early New Year's Eve, so I don't want to judge this restaurant just on this visit since it was so busy. We also didn't complain to the manager due to how busy the place was.
The Good: drinks were well made and came out pretty quickly. The appetizers were pretty good, probably a 6 out of 10. The server was just ok, young and not a lot of personality.
The Bad: Uncomfortably warm even with the windows cracked open. 2 of us ordered the chicken and ribs which are their "specialties". However, the chicken was so overcooked it was almost inedible, especially the white meat. The ribs were also overcooked and probably had been in a holding pattern for way too long. If these are the specialty then the restaurant needs better quality control. The other diners who ordered the "non-special" items had much better luck.
Conclusion: I'll try them again because I am a local and would like to believe I just came on a bad night.
Had dinner on New Year's Eve. Although a very busy night, service was spectacular.
This was very enjoyable again. I recommended the pork chops and there was no disappointment there. I did get sick after eating my salmon with a white Sauce on it. No fun there! Everyone else enjoyed the meal. Wish the app duo had more chips.
Sunday brunch has a great menu. But I loved the meatloaf.
The food was delicious and portions are plentiful. We had ribs, rotisserie chicken and quiche. The ribs melted off the bone. The chicken was great and the red mashed potatoes were wonderful. The only thing we didn’t care for was the coleslaw. Also my daughters side of fresh fruit was mushy. I go there for the rotisserie chicken, potatoes and glazed carrots. So filling and enough for lunch the next day.
Great drinks! Food is fresh and delicious. The staff is highly trained and pleasant.
Red Rock is always consistent. Great food and service
Service was preformed by everyone but the waiter whom we had. Hamburger was good and pork chops were good. Vegetables are never consistent some times ok sometimes you can’t eat them. It was so loud the three of us at the table gave up trying to carry on a conversation. Not worth the money.
My favorite restaurant in our area - never disappoints. The pork chops are incredible!!! The service is friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating. This was my birthday dinner place this year and we might just make that a tradition (any excuse to come back).
Husband and I enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Redrock CG. The atmosphere was festive, Cameron was an attentive waiter and the food was very good as always.
Our server was highly attentive, and the restaurant has a great overall feel - not too loud, but energetic, and all the waitstaff and host/hostess personnel were engaging and polite. The calimari was excellent, dinner salads very good, mashed potatoes were sublime. The only disappointment was the meatloaf, which was ordered by two of our diners. A little average and uninspiring for a restaurant with a hearty menu. We would return, but I would not order that entree again.
Great place and great service! Enjoy going there for their happy hour.
This was our 3rd or 4th time to dine here. The service was great and the food was too! There will definitely be return trips in our future.
Nice place for a family or small group get together.
One of our favorites!
My server was Savva. He was awesone. I dine at this restaurant often and am happy every time I go there. Highly recommended!!!
Great server and fun experience with friends! Delicious food!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Redrock Canyon Grill. Great food, superb service and reasonably priced. Restaurant was a bit noisy but business was booming that night. Make sure to get a reservation and asked to sit in the enclosed patio area. Much less noise.
Our first time at this restaurant been driving by it for a while. Sorry we did not try it sooner. Great quality meal. A wonderful find.
Very fresh menu cooked from scratch. The meatloaf with red wine reduction sauce was excellent. Wife ate the chicken pot pie.
The food was great... I did give 3 stars overall because even though I made a reservation, we get there and waited almost an hour for a table...
Food is really good, but noise level is high. Even with the reservation with Open Table, we were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time.
The fried fish sandwich, pot pie, salads and rotisserie chicken are all excellent choices
FIRST DATE with my girl Shannon.
I took her ice skating at the Gaylord then to dinner. We were seated and Trevor introduced himself. Trevor was GREAT! He was helpfull, informative, and very kind. Throughout the dinner he followed up with answers to our questions, offered solutions to our hungry needs, and constantly presented a smile. Keep this guy... he's solid.
Lots of food on the plate. Enough for 2 x meals. Too expensive. Very Loud.
Red Rock has the best burgers in Texas - period! What's even better is that they are on the Happy Hour menu and a great deal at $6. Perfect marguerita goes great with it. Also the Chicken pot pie is fabulous now that they have provided a side of their gravy to put on top . One of our favorites!
