ADD on will charge the difference for each menu option (Menu Options are $45 - $75 Per Person) - Meals will be served family style with all items from each menu being served on platters for the whole table to enjoy. - You MUST select an ADD ON Menu for your reservation to be valid. We are offering three different Options. - Please review ADD ON's for details. - ALL GUESTS Must have the same selection per table. See ADD ON section for each menu. - Children Under 12 will dine from the same family meal but at a discounted price. Children MUST be under 12 years of age. Bookings are for Parties of 4-12 Only.

This is my 3rd visit. Each time it was good. During my most recent visit, the restaurant was really hopping and loud! Full inside & on the porch, so you may need a reservation. We shared appetizers between 4 girls, & they were great. The appetizers were so good, we did not order a main course. I recommend this restaurant.

We always enjoy the craft cocktails and inventive appetizers here. On this visit, I tried a seasonal special, chili, and enjoyed it with the skillet cornbread. Republic Texas Tavern is on our list of "regular" spots.

Starting with excellent cocktails we enjoyed the amazing meatloaf and wonderful ancho chile, then finished off with bread pudding and apple pie. A wonderful evening!

The food was amazing! We had the mushroom pate, which was even better than I imagined, but needs more bread. The salads are large enough to share. The redfish special was great. The prices are better than most similar restaurants, especially the wine list.

There was a very loud private party that day with a band at the restaurant. Had the hostess and waiter not been so accommodating about moving us outside and cranking up the outdoor fans for us, we would have walked out. What started out as a negative experience ended up being a wonderful one.

Every time I am here, which has been at least ten times now, everything is great. The pork belly lollypops are amazing. The fried quail and cauliflower bites are outstanding. Drinks are good. Service is spot on. I wish it wasn't so noisy, but that's what popularity does.

The Old Fashions, Gin and Tonics were on point and very good. The food was really flavorful and good presentation. the waitress was a git gruff, and it took a little but to get her to come back around but it did not take away from the experience.

We always enjoy coming. Good food and service as normal. Server was attentive and personable. Manager came and checked on us several times and we enjoyed talking to her about Bourbon. And the Jefferson flight was quite good. Thank you again for an enjoyable evening.

Overall good at this place I go to regularly. Pork belly lollipops outstanding as was wedge salad. Shrimp scampi pasta ok and bbq meatloaf ok. Noisy but likely due to UT football game. Nice decor and very good service always.

Awesome experience. I was hosting a business happy hour for a small group. I put a special seating request in my reservation notes. The hostess had a perfect set up in the lounge area for us and everyone had a great time! Thank you!

Went on a Thursday with a friend and returned on Friday with my mom. Cocktail called Aviation is my new ride. Food was so tasty and the bread pudding was sinfully good. Front part is fun noisy bar atmosphere and the back is quieter and we could converse easily.

Tyler was our server and he did a fantastic job! The Caesar salad with the finely shaved Parmesan might be the best one I’ve ever had!! Pan Seared Chicken and green bean/grilled asparagus was insanely good. This was my first time here and we WILL be back! 🤩 👏🏻

I visit Republic often and it is always a fun place to eat and hang out. They have an amazing Baranski and their cocktails are creative and tasty. They make the best old fashioned in town. I recently went with 5 people to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. You have to try the chicken fried steak and the meatloaf. If you haven't been to this restaurant you should dine here today!

I always enjoy my visits to Republic Texas. The bearded bartended (I don't know his name) is great, makes good drinks, the manager is nice, and Kaylee is always smiling. The pork belly lollipops are awesome as is the bacon wrapped meatloaf. The meatballs are also good. Fried quail is good, but not worth writing home about. Great place to eat with an electric vibe (sometimes too noisy but that's ok).

There are three dishes we generally have Steak Frites, Smoked Bone-in Duroc Pork Chop, or Texas Pork Milanese. All great meals. Except for the Steak Frites, you are challenged to finish the other two. All are great for sharing. We planned to expand our selections in the future. We generally sit at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere, the service and the food.

I enjoyed our Birthday celebration here. Food was great, meatloaf, salmon, shrimp and grits, all very good. The server, Sam, was fantastic. The complimentary bread pudding for the Birthday girl was fabulous!
