James Beard-nominated, Chef's Prix Fixe Tasting Experience by Executive Chef Jose Camarena, recontextualizes Mexican cuisine and culture through Storytelling.

We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories.

República is a tasting menu-only restaurant.
We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person.

We kindly require all guests to disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to their reservation. We are unable to accommodate allergies to nightshades, chile, allium, rice . Additionally we are not a gluten free kitchen and are unable to provide nut and seed free diners.

A very special, delicious experience! Every single staff person we encountered was engaging and knowledgeable -- and we so enjoyed the stories behind the well-prepared food! We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy this type of dining!

The chef offers a thoughtful tasting menu with a story. Every dish has history and is skillfully prepared. The chefs work gracefully and their coursing time is impeccable. The service is also beyond perfect. It’s refined yet friendly. I highly recommend Republica to anyone interested in the rich history of Mexican cuisine before it was Mexico.

Best restaurant ever. Republica is my absolute favorite restaurant, so I decided to have a memorable dinner here for my son's 20th birthday. I can't put into words how perfect everything was - the plates, drinks, atmosphere, presentation - everything was flawless. I was also impressed that they have evolved even further since we last visited 6months ago. Tonight was an unforgettable night for us and we truly would appreciate it.

My husband and I enjoyed this unique dining experience. Each course in our seven-course tasting menu was an inventive delight. The service was excellent—welcoming and professional. The staff told us the story behind each dish, including elements of Mexican history and culture. Otherwise, we were left to enjoy the special meal and debate our favorite dishes. It was a truly delicious and entertaining meal.

I had a great meal. Food was excellent as was service. They’re really trying to do a good job, and I think they are succeeding. Staff were friendly and professional. And they had great wine pairings for each course. Unfortunately, they’re not open for lunch tomorrow or I’d go back before going flying home.

Uniquely designed well thought out wonderful two hours. Every course was delightful and the preparations were creative and paced exactly as I requested. We had a team of four serving us seamlessly. It’s more an experience than a meal. A splurge but you get what you pay for!

República was fabulous! The food was thoughtful, interesting and absolutely delicious. The service was engaging and attentive, while still giving us space for private conversation. We look forward to coming back and sharing the experience either our friends.
