   Bread and the alcoholic drinks were really good BUT the chicken in my meal tasted like frozen chicken from Walmart. The mommas trio meal all was so bland and almost inedible. Place has definitely gone down hill.

   In the past I've really loved everything about Macaroni Grill. So we decided to take my mother in-law to dinner for her 81st birthday. She wanted to try your Signature Macaroni and Cheese dish and was excited about it. When it came out it was only warm, more like tepid, and it looked rather dry for being your signature dish. We told the waitress about the temperature and asked if would take it back to heat it up. She said she would bring a dish of hot cheese sauce and pour it on top which would heat it up. Well, it definitely made it more creamy but it didn't heat up the noodles. So, it was less than what was expected. I ordered the Signature Spaghetti with meatballs and it too came out just warm. The meatballs were on the dry side. Less than desired. My wife ordered the "Create your own pasta". She ordered the Cappelini noodles (thinner than spaghetti noodles) and she ordered spinach to be included. When it came out, the noodles were spaghetti noodles (EXACT size of my spaghetti noodles) and they forgot to include the spinach. My wife brought this up to our waitress (name starts with a K and ends with and E-didn't want to single her out) and instead of taking it back the waitress said "those are Cappelini noodles". My wife has order Cappelini noodles several times and she knew those noodles were NOT Cappelini. The waitress should have taken all the dishes back to have them heated and fixed but instead told my wife she was wrong and just masked my mother in-laws cold food by warm sauce. We order the Crispy Brussel sprouts every time we go because they are so delicious. We raved about them to my mother in-law but when they came out this time, they were way over cooked and stems were way chewy. We were so, so disappointed after playing up Macaroni Grill to my mother in-law. We felt it embarrassing that the waitress didn't take the time to really try to fix our orders. And what is going on with with the kitchen - sending out cold food AND wrong orders?! Please fix!

   The food was amazing, our waiter said he was still in training so overall he did great my family and I just had an issue with our drinks not staying filled. The food definitely made up for it every single person at my table enjoyed their meal,

   Mother’s Day date with the parents. Great deal on gift cards got us 25% off. Our server Kammy was amazing, both personable and knowledgeable about food & wine selection, she was around enough to get us all of our orders and requests and made just enough small talk but did not hover. We ordered three different types of dishes (meat, pasta, salad) and all three were outstanding. Will definitely be back!

   Our server Alicia was very friendly and attentive. We were a late reservation but we didn’t feel rushed. Everyone was very nice, patient and friendly.

    We had a great server (Landon). Food was just okay though. Started with the Mac and cheese bites and bruschetta. The Mac and cheese bites were too small to really get the cheese flavor. The bruschetta is really difficult to eat with the choice of bread. Our dishes came out piping hot and exactly what we ordered, but all just lacked enough flavor. Hadn’t been in years, now I remember why.

    Hadn’t been to Macaroni Grill for many years. Disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Had reservations on a Friday night; seated l within 5 minutes. Very busy night and staff worked hard but couldn’t keep up. Took more than 30 min to get food and the penne rustica was too salty to eat; Ceasar salad was dripping in dressing. The server didn’t charge for the penne but we won’t be returning.

    The food was very good and the restaurant ambiance also nice. Our service however was not only slow but was rushed never asking if we wanted salads or desserts. We had to ask for specialty drink menus and found it difficult to know what all options were because of online menu and no communication from waiter. This was at a time when there were still several open tables so perhaps he was new but it kind of put a damper on the experience of eating out.

    Took over an hour for our food. Waiter took my food, didn’t even ask if I was done with it told her that I wasn’t done with my phone while she grabbed my fork knife and put it on my plate. Not impressed by this place.

    Great food. Want to have the oil and vinegar and salt and pepper on the table. Bothered me that we kept running out and had to walk for more abs that I couldn't season my food. But over all was a fine experience

    We had a great experience; we have not eaten here in several years. with the reservation we were seated immediately, the server was attentive and knowledgeable. The Restaurant was busy with it being Valentine's Day, but we felt relaxed and not hurried, they were turning tables at a good pace and most people waiting without a reservation were seated within 30 minutes. We will be going back soon.

    Its always a great experience for us which is why we go. VALENTINES DAY seemed like a solid gaurantee that all would work and go well..... we were seated immediately with reservation and enjoyed the whole eve.

    Celebrated our sons 13th birthday. We made a reservation and walked right in. The ambience was warm and cozy. Very inviting! Our server, Christopher was so kind and always checking on us. We were underwhelmed by the food and how bland it was. My son ordered mamas trio. Chicken Parm and lasagna was tasty but the pasta was so bland (Fettuccine Alfredo). My other son ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with Salmon. Salmon was okay but it was just plopped on the bed of Bland pasta. Husband ordered Stake and potatoes. Bland steak. I ordered chicken scallopini was pleasantly surprised. I think the best thing my family enjoyed was the complementary bread with oil & vinaigrette and service from Christopher. Very pricey for low quality food.

    Food was mediocre. I ordered my $27 steak medium rare and it came back like leather. Bread before meal is a dry focaccia, not good. My brother’s food came out so cold it felt refrigerated. He sent it back and they just never brought anything else back out so he didn’t eat. Food took a long time in general. I think our server was doing her best but we won’t be going back.

    Food took FOREVER (about an hour) to arrive and no one ever told us anything or checked on us. Once it finally came we were told “well everything is made from scratch so it takes awhile” Entire experience took about 2 hours and was not great.

    The food was excellent but the service was not the greatest. It’s kind of one big open room and the tables are close together so it’s noisy. I will go there again but be more prepared for the noise.
