   My husband and I wanted to try something new and came here for a date night. All of the food was delicious as was the blood orange margarita on the rocks. We’re looking forward to visiting again in the future.

   Asha was amazing and you were lucky to have her. She made great recommendations and was really pleasant. We couldn’t believe that you had no olives for martinis. Also, why bring the chips and salsa 15 minutes before the guacamole

   Sunday is the day before fresh food is delivered from Sysco. Salsa's were expired. Mushroom dishes weren't available. Service is inexperienced. Needs far more quality control before attempting again.

   This is my second time and the food was amazing but each time the service was not as great. My servers forgot about me each time. I’m not sure if l I’ll return which is a bummer because I really like the food and ESPECIALLY the margaritas!

   The service was horrendous. They need to hire experienced wait staff and train them. A few examples - they made the guac and forgot chips, all the food came out at once, she forgot my husband’s second drink and charged us, brought the check without clearing the table or even asking if we wanted dessert or another round. They need to do better or the restaurant will fail which is unfortunate as the food was pretty good.

    Service was poor, server got the majority of order incorrect, please write it down. Margarita tasted like battery acid. Tuna tacos were smaller than my thumb.

    We made a reservation and requested to sit outside but when we got there, there was a 30 minute wait for outdoor seating. The inside was nicely decorated but it was loud and the a/c was cranking. They did not seem to be understaffed and our server was nice but it took a while to get the drinks and for her to take our order. We ordered guacamole which also took a while (it was not made at our table). The margaritas were very good but expensive. The wine was also expensive and not very good and the only rose that they had was sparkling. The food was good but not spectacular and fairly expensive. This would be a place to go if you want a fun night out with some friends and don't mind paying a lot for food and drinks. If you want a quiet evening with gourmet food and good wine it probably isn't the right place.

    The best part of the meal was the chips and fresh guacamole. The food was just OK. Our food took way too long to get to the table. Comment from the waitress, “Was it worth the wait?” Unfortunately, it was not. I’ll stick with Buena Vista around the corner.

    My dining experience was perfect at Rosa! From food, to drinks to my server. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to drink and Oscar make me a perfect drink! My server Cole was amazing, he was very tentative to my sons allergies and always came back to my table to make sure we were always good. Excellent service all around!

    For my Dad’s birthday we thought it would be nice to dine locally at a new hip spot. We sat at the bar, ordered drinks, and apps. My drink did not include the chile salt rim so the bartender made another free of charge. The drink itself was nothing special (the Blood Orange Margarita). The bartenders were nice and accommodating enough. The appetizers… where to start. We ordered Shrimp Ceviche and Crab Guacamole. The Ceviche was horrendous, it tasted like BBQ sauce. The shrimp did not taste very fresh either. The guac took 20 minutes to get to us to find out they could not accommodate our request for no onions. Disappointed, but hungry, we ate the plain guac. The taste was bland and underwhelming. The chips were stale and also way too salty. We decided after spending $100 after tip to get two basic apps, and 3 total drinks enough was enough. We did not even bother with a main course. Overall, the value here is what bothers me. To spend a crispy benjamin and receive no type of adequate or filling food is the problem. Waste of $100….

    Food was great. Service was horribly slow, and it was not very crowded. Also very loud for not much going on. FREEZING COLD!! Felt like we were right under the vent the whole time even though we weren’t. Overall great food, everything else not great.

    My wife and I had eaten at Rosa Mexicano in NYC and Washington several times, so we were excited that one had recently opened in Ardmore, PA. We made a reservation for this past Saturday evening. The food was not very good, the service was mediocre and the noise level was very awful - we could barely have a conversation between the two of us. We will NOT be visiting Rosa Mexicano again, particularly the one in Ardmore.

    Went for a birthday celebration and it didn’t seem to be overcrowded at all. However, it took 10 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order and another 10-15 for the drinks to come. We ordered six items for the table to share and received three. We would of made our server aware, had she come over to the table at all. The food we did receive was great, but small servings. When our server did come back, we made her aware and she apologized and brought us the check and did not offer to bring the missing food. Drinks were very expensive and low quality. Would love to try the food again because what we did get was great. But not willing to risk a similar experience.

    Authentic Mexican way beyond tacos and enchiladas, along with good variety of drinks. We got great service from Princess who, realizing our entrees were taking longer than acceptable, was attentive in keeping us informed and actually comping a beer that took way too long to arrive. Our conversation and beverages kept us engaged and when entrees arrived, the time lag was basically forgotten. While the whole place was lively with conversation, the bar conversation was tough to follow thanks to an extremely noisy ice making and crushing machine that was non-stop. That's got to be addressed. Bartenders were apologetic, but you could sense it was driving them crazy, as well.

    The food is Gringoized Mexican and quite pricey. But that seems to be acceptable for its Mainline location. It was very busy. Service was pleasant but very very slow. On that, our experience might have been unusual. Food was meh.

    Our OpenTable reservations were not there when we got there but they were able to seat us thankfully. Three tequila brands that were on the menu were not available and my wife’s meal that she asked for no chorizo came to the table with extra chorizo… other than that it was good…other than having to ask for our finished drink glasses to be taken away…

    Awful. It’s worth taking the train to NYC and subway to the Union Square or Upper West Side location. Go to a Fearless or Starr restaurant if in Philly or the western suburbs.

    Good was great! All of it. The drinks were also pretty good albeit a bit pricy, but that’s not a deterrent. The lack of stars is solely due to the slowness/disappearance of our waitress who was super sweet, but just not there. We were there for 2.5 hours (and we eat fast 😅) and food came out relatively fast after ordering. I would totally go again, just hope service is more available.

    Ashley was a very nice and effecient waitress. Guacamole tableside was good. Unforunately, the entrees were poor at best. Enchiladas were room temp and not enjoyable at all. Sonoma Cutrer by the glass was a very light pour for $18 when its about that price for a bottle retail. Not planning to return anytime soon. Disappointed.
