Did not expect to find a Ruth Chris in the Silver Legacy hotel in Reno we were staying in for the USBC bowling tournament - but oh! Am I glad we did! Phenomenal service, food, ambiance, etc.! Perfection!!

I had a late dinner by myself. The hostess was awesome and she gave me her favorite table. My server was AWESOME!! My server was awesome too. He found a great deal for me and I went with his suggestion. My food came out super quick and taste great. Overall, my experience was super relax and enjoyable.

Went with some friends for the first time in many years and we were all extremely happy with our experience. The wait staff (especially our server Kingston) were very attentive and pleasant to deal with right down to the food runners. They were conscientious about our needs and we never had a dry glass of our beverages. We all had steaks (2 filets and 2 ribeyes) and they were cooked beautifully and were delicious. Unfortunately, we did have to send one of our steaks back because part of it was overcooked, they replaced it with a new one and took the first one off of the check. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be back again.

The food was great! My husband ordered the Seafood Tower which he loves. The problem is he had to work very hard to get the meat out of the lobster claws and limbs. Normally they are precut when they arrive on the tower.

By far this Ruth Chris out shines the other Ruth Chris we have visited in the past. Food is prepared to perfection. And service is worthy of 5 star dining. The ambiance has the feel of a Hollywood 5 star restaurant.

This was an absolutely lovely experience for our 10 yr anniversary! Our waitress was amazing, (Kimberly) and the staff was so great! The food was outstanding and just perfect! Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and made our special night so memorable! 😍🥰

Probably my favorite wedge salad…blue cheese dressing is #1. My shrimp was flavorful not too spicy. Brother Rick had the Surf and Turf lobster and a filet. Perfect. Can never go wrong with the creamed spinach!!

The soup was a little above cold. The lobster was awful and my filet was a terrible cut. They were very attentive and sis their best to resolve the issues. It was expensive for the quality.

We had a 5:00 reservation and they were 10 minutes late wasting us. Our server, Sheldon was outstanding! Unfortunately our order was lost and we waited an unacceptable amount of time because no one realized we hadn’t been served. There was a show being performed outside the restaurant and we had to yell over it to have a conversation. Once arriving, the food was very good. We chose not to have dessert because we had already been there so long. Not how we intended to celebrate a birthday.

First time at Ruth's Chris. It reminds me of the old Harrah's steakhouse that used to be in Reno. Our server, Garrett, was great to go over the menu and never rushed us through our meal. Food was delicious, and I would suggest that since the portions are large, split the salad and sides. Overall it was one of the best experiences that I had in a long time.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Ruth’s Chris and went with the special Chateaubriand prix fixe dinner for two. The tenderloin was melt in your mouth perfect served in cognac sauce and included two sides-creamy mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The portions were filling and the chocolate dessert was amazing!

The front desk needs to improve on seating the party correctly. We reserved a booth and the gave us a table. We spoke to front, waited for 15 more mins before being reseated only to be lead to a table again. Back at the check in desk we stared again what we requested on our reservation for our anniversary. Eventually an attendant Bam Bam set a booth table for us & led us to our table. 30 mins after the check in we were finally seated. The meal was delicious and the server was attentive. Never acknowledged our anniversary either nor a rose to the table. Kinda disappointed with that. However, all in all we will return again. Thank you.
