   Nice and cool, low lighting, nice crowd. Waiter was most helpful with recommendations. Lobster and risotto, fresh pasta with beef tips, mussels, blueberry creme brûlée and their version of oysters Rockefeller all superb! Even ran into some friends we hadn't seen in a long time.

   Everything delicious - even the iced tea! Fried Shrimp wrap with the best fries in town. Chef Abraham ALWAYS comes by with a friendly word. Fantastic place for a special lunch!

    Was really excited to try a new highly rated restaurant. This was a birthday dinner that the restaurant was made aware of, but I had no expectations other than great food/service. All was good but our server was not friendly, did not try to connect or engage with our group. Normal questions of have you been here before, can I tell you about our menu, etc... were never asked. When we asked the simple questions, he left us feeling like we were bothering him. I was hoping to be wowed by the food, but found it to be without flavor. Ambience was nice. I'm not sure I would go back, but glad we tried it.

    A wonderful place for an excellent meal. The ever changing menu is great to allow you to change things up if you like. Great wine selection and their desserts are great homemade cake each evening is not to be missed.

    I highly recommend trying this restaurant. The chef and owner is active in managing the restaurant. The food selections are wide and varied along with everything we had from appetizers, main course and desserts were good. The wine selections were also well selected but not off the chart unreasonable from a price perspective. The reviews were right about this nice location. Suggest Reservations.

    This visit included the Texas Redfish with black quinoa, which was cooked perfectly and so delicious! Our server, Mary, suggested the Belgian Endive salad over our usual Caesar choice. I am determined to attempt this salad at home. It was very flavorful. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we decided to splurge on dessert. Abraham had made tiramisu and it was an off-menu option for dessert. Wow, it was out of this world good!! The atmosphere, food, and personal attention are why Salum never disappoints and that’s why it’s such a treat to enjoy

    Food was fresh and flavorful. Service was impeccable. We went during lunch on a Wednesday so there was no crowd; I'm sure the level of service will still be impeccable. It's an open kitchen so you can watch chef's work their magic. The Redfish with quinoa was delectable.

    Very nice and elegant restaurant. The staff was awesome. We each ordered a bowl of poblano soup and split a plate of the beef tenderloin. It was enough for two. The beef tenderloin came with potatoes au gratin and sautéed mushrooms. The entire meal was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

    Chef makes outstanding food and its a nice open kitchen. It’s a great setting and isn’t loud at all. Mussels, Lamb Chops, and desserts are perfect.
