Service was not very good and they were not that busy when we got there. My wife's roasted chicken was good, my pizza was not. We also were happy to give up our table when finished for those waiting but it took over 15 minutes to get out check.

A delightful dinner; melt-in-your mouth tenderloin, delicious anngelotti, and thanks to Mark, our waiter, we discovered the yummy Burrata appetizer! 😊. Mark’s service was excellent, too!

If you have Gaby you'll be in great hands. We had more trouble getting the attention of a different server though, although they were also short-staffed that day. Food here is served hot and fresh, with hearty portions. Seems busy at lunchtime when there is a convention in town, but come for an early dinner and the ambiance will be quiet and peaceful. Reservations are easy to make and assure you a comfortable place to enjoy a great meal in a beautiful setting. The chocolate trio cake is picture worthy and yummy. Also recommend the pizzas and the pasta dish with panchetta.

So convenient to Peacock Theater. Food was good, martini was excellent and the service was outstanding. Very helpful and attentive staff from the minute you walk in the door. An excellent choice if you are going to the theater at LA Live.

We went for an early dinner ahead of the game. It was pretty crowded but we had a reservation so got in on time. The service was not as well organized as usual and we had to wait way too long for drinks. Food was wonderful as usual.

We chose to dine at Savoca from the description in the guest directory at the hotel where it is located. Service was excellent! Our waiter guided us through the menu and provided us with excellent recommendations. We will return in the future.

Salmon dinner, Pizza and Octopus appetizer were excellent for my party if four. Service was great and quick as we were headed Microsoft Theatre afterwards. Unfortunately we came on a day, time when 200 people must have just exited a conference and were in the bar next to us. We had difficulty hearing each other the entire hour+ we were there. Bathrooms were packed and a mess. So our nice, quiet meal did not go quite as planned.

The prosciutto pizza was the worst pizza ever. We only ate it because we had skipped lunch and were starving. The dough was tough, chewy and over cooked. The prosciutto strips were dried out and salty. The cocktails were unbalanced and unpleasant. The octopus appetizer was just a handful of octopus and potato tiny bites. Grossly overrated eatery.

The service and price is what you would expect for a Ritz Carlton/ JW Marriott restaurant. The food, however, was rather trite. I made reservations, hoping to enjoy a nice Easter Brunch with my mom. I really didn't know of many restaurants in the DTLA area, but made the assumption that a restaurant at the Ritz Carlton/ JW Marriott wouldn't let me down. The service is what you would expect at the Ritz Carlton. They really do hire such wonderful people that know how to give you the proper experience for staying at their hotels. We were told whatever we wanted on the menu, with the exception of a couple of items, were available at the breakfast buffet. I hardly ever order the buffet because I don't eat that much and usually the food on the buffet is sitting out. However, the pancakes, French Toast, omelets, etc. were all made to order. The breakfast buffet became more appealing since breakfast favorites like an Eggs Benedict (of any variation) was not included in the menu and the sausage, bacon and similar protein on the menu would be the same as what's on the buffet. Moreover, if you took anything on the menu and added the price of coffee and juice, you were paying about the same as the buffet. To make a long story short, I ordered the buffet at over $30 per person. Again, the price is what you'd expect for a Ritz Carlton/ JW Marriott. The food and ambiance, however, lacked energy. There was no music or anything that would dampen the noise to make it feel less like a common cafeteria. Perhaps some larger plants would have deadened the sharp noises and created a more lush atmosphere. The food was ordinary. There is no other word to describe it. The buffet didn't even have smoked salmon, capers, crackers, or grapes. The most surprising is that there was no alcohol on the menu. Not even a Bloody Mary. I think if I was staying at the hotel and just wanted a quick breakfast before making my way to the airport, this would meet my requirements. For a nice brunch

Our restaurant experience yesterday 3/26/23 was very good. Our experience was enhanced by the fine service delivered by Debbie. Debbie was cordial, receptive to all requests, made valid suggestions and delivered our meals rapidly. I wish to commend Debbie for her fine service which should be recognized by management.

The pasta with rock shrimp and vodka sauce was very good. I could tell the pasta was homemade and cooked al dente. My son's prosciutto pizza was dry. Instead of having nice slices of slightly warmed prosciutto on top of the pizza, the prosciutto had been baked with the pizza and was as crisp as crispy bacon. There were only a few leaves of arugula added as well. Our server was very friendly. We did not complain about the pizza but should have, sadly we may not return because of the pizza. Good location, nice atmosphere. I would recommend to try but not for pizza.
