We live this place. The food is always excellent and the staff are so friendly. Unfortunately, when they get really busy they tend to fall apart. The kitchen gets backed up and staff start to look very frazzled. We got a very nice apology from our server on Valentine's Day because they were so backed up, even our soup took about 30 minutes to arrive after we ordered. We didn't mind - we always have a lot to talk about while we wait. And they did eventually catch up and everyone looked less panicked. But if you want your food in a timely manner on a busy holiday, you might consider elsewhere.

Wow the food was so good, and the prices are amazingly reasonable. The whole staff was great, but our server Dakota was special!

Made a reservation a week prior. Showed up and they did not have my reservation written down. Has to show my open table confirmation. Wasnt prioritized but added to the end of the list. Waited over 39 minutes and wasn’t seated so we left.

I took a party of twelve to dinner at Scalzotto's on a busy Friday night. Our waiter was very good and personable. Eleven people out of twelve thought the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The interior of the restaurant looks new and beautiful.

We have always enjoyed our meals at Scalzotto. We had the pork shank/risotto and lobster ravioli/shrimp specials. Jeremy provided excellent service.

Great Italian food for a reasonable price. Informal atmosphere with closely spaced tables make for a more casual feel. Pasta dishes were excellent. Recommended highly in Northern Suburb of Denver.

Food is great, but visit only if you've got time to kill.... Have dined here twice, once dinner and this time brunch. Food and presentation is best in the surrounding area. Waitstaff is very friendly. Host indicated that they did not log into Open Table, so could not confirm reservation...though they slid us in anyway. Both times the kitchen was backed up and took over an hour after order to get meal.
