A little pricey, but the service and the food were fantastic. We sat outdoors for breakfast and the view was beautiful and the temps were cool. Perfect start to the day.

Worst old fashion I have ever had. Chicken was dry, burgers were spongy and the service was poor. Food did not come out together as 2 of us waited 10 minutes for our dinner after the other 2 were served. Worst part was the server who knew that they had messed up ignored us the rest of the meal.

Erick, Thank you for the feedback. We greatly appreciate it and look forward to sharing this with the team for improvements. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly if you want to speak more.

We had a group of seven for lunch. We sat outside and relished the gorgeous views. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. We would definitely go back again.

Really wanted to like this place. Waited over 5 min to be greeted by host type fellow who was also bussing tables (Relatively empty restaurant at 7:30 pm). Server was very nice, but slow getting drinks from bar. Second round took very long to arrive, we were nearly done with meal. No condiments on table whatsoever, nor were we checked on after food brought out to request basics like S&P, ketchup and mustard. It gets dark fast under the pergola on the outdoor patio- a candle, additional ambient lighting would have been nice. Stools at high top left rope string welts on everyone’s bottoms. I chose to pad my seat with my jacket. Perhaps server had a large section in and out, maybe that’s why she didn’t check in often. We ordered wings (decent), nachos (bland globs of queso, lots of naked chips, topped with bland guacamole, Scout burger (bland, needed seasoning, messy components, fries had fatal flaw of lacking any salt), and chicken tenders plate (tenders were good, slaw was on the sweet side). All in all, maybe it was an off night but really wasn’t a welcoming “sit back and stay” vibe. (Kitchen and bar closed at 9, is late march considered off season?). Decor is appealing and felt fresh. Let’s hope kitchen and staffing can get wheels back on track.

The brisket is $40 is by far the worst brisket I have ever had it was dry and chewy. It’s like they just fried up the brisket rather than slow cooking for 12 hours. Other meals were fine.
Scout Bar & GrillResponded on February 21, 2026
Hi Cameron, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the brisket didn’t meet your expectations, and I’ve shared your comments with our kitchen team. I tried reaching out this morning but wasn’t able to connect. I’d love to hear more about your experience, so please feel free to reach out to me directly at 435-627-5280 when you have the time. We’d be grateful for another chance to provide you with a better experience if you're ever back in the area. Kind Regards, Vebi Rexhepi

Scout Bar & GrillResponded on February 18, 2026
Dear Holly, We are delighted that you enjoyed the menu and especially the Watermelon gazpacho (it is my favorite as well). We sincerely apologize about the drafty door and have our team on it, so that when you return to Scout Bar & Grill, you will have an even better experience! Thank you again for sharing your experience with us and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Warmly, Chef Joe
