This small restaurant with just 10 seats was opened on Ishigaki Island in July 2013.The people of Okinawa, surrounded by abundant nature and seas, are extremely enthusiastic, kind, and charming.Delicious foods are also produced in Okinawa.We believe that the Okinawan food culture, which has taken in various influences including from China and Southeast Asia, has the potential to evolve in the future.We feel that Okinawan food culture must become more open and that we are at a stage that requires continual efforts in many ways.Okinawan cuisine is not perfect, but we bring Okinawan food closer to its perfect state and also encourage its development.

記念日にお伺いしました．店内はゆったりとしたスペースで，2-3 テーブルで広く使っておられます．我々を含めて 2 組が来店してましたが，ゆとりある間隔でしたので，（自宅のリビングのように）くつろいでゆっくり食事を楽しめました．食器は沖縄の海をイメージしておられて，その上に創作料理を美しくアレンジされてます．料理はひとつひとつとても丁寧に作っていらっしゃいます．どれもとても美味しくいただきました．

シェフのご主人とサーバーの奥様との二人で切り盛りされているので、1日3組限定とのことです。器も料理に合う者を独自に調達されていて、いい感じでした。料理の出るタイミングも良く、地元の食材を中心に一品一品丁寧に作られていてます。アルコールはペアリングのみですが、料理と良く合い美味しくいただきました。料理の撮影もＯＫですし、ペアリングワインのボトルも撮影用に出していただきました。
