It was our 18th wedding anniversary and wanted to do something special. We booked the Sunday brunch with unlimited prosecco. It was an amazing experience, best view, weather and really nice service. M wife and kids are new to HK, they were surprised. Also, the staff surprised us by wishing us happy anniversary on the dessert platter. Definitely one should try this place. Sunday brunch for four with drinks cost around HKD 4,000

Is my hubby birthday, hm..about the service actually nothing much to say about cause nothing special, one thing is when the sommelier try to explain the wine for paring we can’t hear clearly cause doesn’t speak out and clear enough, cause is wearing a mask. About the food the scallops tartare is seem missing seasoning. Also for the sirloinI think it’s a bit over cook for me… actually don’t remember what else . This experience was worse then before when I came. Is little bit disappointed for me.

Food is above average, beautiful setting but it is way too noisy with loud DJ music because of the bar next to the dining. If I know they have party night on Fri and Sat, I definitely will not choose this. I was attracted by the menu and that’s why I booked the place. It’s too loud that you can even hear yourself talk

Food quality was good. Don’t order wine pairing for set menu. The volume they gave you was very minimal, they claimed we were entitled to get only tasting volume, they would charge a glass price if standard volume. The wine not good one, from African, not air enough. The matching was weird, red wine for the seafood. Seemed the sommelier not very professional. The last of wine just being put onto the table by a waiter, who actually did not know the wine type. Very disappointed as there were some men talking loudly with bad words next to our table for the whole night.

It was a great location for our wedding anniversary with good communication before the evening. The little touch (chocolate Happy Anniversary) on the dessert was nice too. My wife loved that we could go outside to see the sunset and then again after dinner was finished. Thank you

The dessert trolley is a surprise that we can choose whatever we want. The bar facing the magnificent Victoria Harbour is a world class level. We love the atmosphere and food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We shall definitely revisit the restaurant.

Have been to Skye Restaurant and Bar many times and will say is one of my favourite places to dine in Hong Kong. The setting, interior decoration are wonderful. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is as delicious as always and the attention to detail shows from the minute you walk into not only the hotel the restaurant too.

Had a lunch there. Learnt that it's newly renovated, but the environment and the mood are quite 2000s, and the music choice, too. The food is yum, but the portion is relatively small, especially the lobster which cost extra, literally it's just a bigger prawn, not worth the price.
