Overall it was a good experience, the waitress was very attentive & polite. I was disappointed that for an Italian restaurant the bread that was served was old white buns. Being an Italian restaurant I would have liked the garlic bread, or some type of Italian bread. I know that prices have gone up but I feel that $30.00 for a plate of pasta is getting quite expensive. The staff were all very pleasant.

When making the reservation, it asks if this is a special occasion. I indicated it was a birthday. However, nothing was ever mentioned about it during our visit. Not sure why you ask the question then.

Came with family for Mother’s Day. Once seated it took our server over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. There was a buffet set up. Many hot items were not warm.

Dropped by for Friday Happy Hour…. Reservation needed. Greeted and directed to our reserved spot by Aman…. Served efficiently by Danielle…. Food was delicious. Had Steak Sandwich with potatoes & vegetables and it was so well prepared. Ritchie had the carne pizza which he enjoyed. Keep up the good work….

Repeat visit - our Anniversary! Really enjoyed the Arctic Char; but found the chicken was a tad overcooked / dry, even with the sauce on it. Appreciate the smaller dining "rooms" around the periphery of the main dining area...great for a romantic evening!

We went to enjoy a family Easter dinner. After some initial confusion with our reservation, the GM Aman was able to accommodate us, and our evening was off to a great start. While the meals were consistent with the high quality we have enjoyed at Sorrentino’s for years; our server, Diane took our experience to an even greater level. We all agreed that her demeanour and service level made the evening a total success. Thank you Diane and Aman. We’ll be back again soon!

Upon returning from a road trip we decided not to cook…. Aman called and inquired if we would like to be seated on the patio…. Unfortunately I have a mild allergy and couldn’t take him up on his offer…. Greeted cordially by Aman and seated on the pub side as per our request…. Service was a little slow and disorganized due to new staff being trained…. Food was of the usual high quality and was sumptuous…. Definitely our go to place.

My lobster linguine was too oily, the lobster was in shell, my hands are sore so it was cold by time chef cut it open and back to me! Tiramisu didn’t have a coffee flavour at all! 3hrs for a meal was too long

We went for a birthday party and were very happy we did choose Sorrentino's. The 6 of us were totally satisfied with our meals right from the appetizers, salads and main courses. The meat balls were especially considered a hit by all. We always pick Sorrentino's for special occasions in our family and never disappointed with this superb place to dine. The staff are always a pleasure and the young lady who looked after us , although relatively new, ensured we had a delightful evening occasion.
