Friends took us to Spring Moon during our five-day stay in Hong Kong. The food was so exquisite, and the atmosphere so delightful, that we went back again two days later. Best and most interesting dim sum we have ever had.

A classic restaurant which stays true to it's origins. Not the place to come if you want something more creative or modern. The food was fine, the service attentive. Main issue was the amount of noise from other diners which were mainly families. Lot's of people using laptops at the table. Not really like any other Michelin star restaurant I have visited, but I guess that's what you get when the restaurant is located in a big hotel.

The best dim sum I've ever had (and I'm chinese). The BBQ pork puff was divine. Will definitely return again to HK just to have their dim sum.

Spring moon‘s dim sum is very delicious but the pork is too salty, maybe they can change.
