    Went for our 30th anniversary but the service was horrible. Very bad waiter who could have cared less that we were celebrating our big anniversary. The hostess was fabulous and the food was great though. Just didn’t make the night special at all.

    My husband and I ate here for our anniversary dinner while visiting. Service was good. The waiter was very friendly. The food was mediocre and being from the South I did lower my expectations, but we ordered a porterhouse medium and it came medium well. Brussels were amazing. Spinach was okay. We sat on the rooftop but due to rain, it was enclosed. A mouse joined us during dinner under the table next to ours Needless to say, our appetites were ruined. The waiter was nice about it. We paid the entire check by choice because we do understand it’s the city. He gave us a free dessert for inconvenience.

    Food was tasty, but not worth the price. The service was not good starting with the front door greeting, all the way to waiting 20 minutes for a drink. Was very unimpressed. Spent $400 on dinner for three peoples.

    It was recommended in a travel guide. Overall it is overrated and was disappointing. The service wasn't good. We had to wait long to order and he didn't pay attention to our drinks. The food was to salty, the meet wasn't good and not cooked well. The price was way to high for the food. We payed 250$ for two people and just average food. Half the price would be still to much. The music was to loud. I definitely can't recommend that place. I guess it's overrated and I can't recommend it!

    Just disappointing. Service was terrible and from the reviews, expected a much more sophisticated experience. The vibe was just off. There are so many other great venues in the Meatpacking district - I’d be choosing them instead.

    The Meatpacking location rooftop section is unimpressive these days and the bathroom on the 2nd floor was filthy and didn’t reflect the money you’re paying to eat there. Downstairs experience is better. Should have say down there.

    One of the best filet of my life, tasty and cooked to perfection. One of the worst services ever experienced, expecially for that price: - all employees very rude and unprofessional (with the nice exception of the big guy at the entrance: the only smile we have seen in the whole evening) - the music was too loud and not coherent with what coull otherwise be the perfect location, at the end of the highline - restrooms downstairs, in a really unpleasant corridor Not enough value for money I am afraid.

    Every Staff Member went out of their way to provide great service even though it was a dead time (3 PM). Our server Matthew was a pro, took care of every thing. Happy Hour is an actual DEAL unlike many others and the roof view is nice touch (even in the rain). Love it.

    Thee best anniversary at thee best place‼️ Matthew Carpe was our server and he went above and beyond. From the moment we met till the moment we were getting ready to leave he was outstanding!! They really got a good one there. And the manager David was awesome as well!! Funny, humble and talented. Thank you all for an amazing experience here. 50 outta 10 starts

    I like this place most of the time. But Rooftop music could be a little lower . The dj was playing odd fusions that weren’t pleasing to hear. Major Con to this time was over bookings and having to wait for a table despite reservation, limited entree options in comparison to downstairs and my dessert cookie being hard. Still love the food for most part and ambience . Waitress was nice

    They fluid y done our reservación. You go up a Shabby elevator to a dollar store rooftop. Over priced. Server gave us our bill without asking us if we we done, or wanted anything else. We ended up at the standard bar, having lite bites which were way better.

    It was a pretty ok experience for me i wasnt so happy about the area they sat us in it was in the corner and extremely dark to the point we could barely read our menus they aslo sat ur right by a speaker that was extremely loud not only could we not hear each other we couldnt hear the waiter when it was time to order so overall it was ok the food was pretty good but the seating was very poor

    A beautiful rooftop setting for a dinner. Everything else was just passable, not what you would expect for the prices charged. Food overall was just ok, no stand out dishes. Waiter wasn't sure what was served upstairs vs downstairs despite looking at the menu. Spend those dollars elsewhere.

    Our steak was cooked incorrectly. We returned it and they tried correcting the same steak but it was ruined. The manager and server did the right thing and comped it but ultimately at $122 for a steak this shouldn’t happen.

    What an experience! Our server, Matthew, guided us through from drinks, to apps, to the perfect cut of tomahawk steak, and wrapped it up with dessert and coffee. Will definitely be returning fairly soon with more friends and family!

    Completely overpriced for the lack of food quality. The tomahawk, worst I’ve had… it wasn’t seasoned at all. The miso sea bass… was not melt in your mouth like I’ve had before at other places. The so called truffle Parmesan fries… more like potato bricks, again hardly any seasoning. Everything was underwhelming including the ambience. Never again.

    Good quality went down tremendously throughout the years while price went up. STK went from one of the better steak house to one of the worse in manhattan - service is what one expect from Ruby Tuesday no points added for that. I can cook better than food there.

    Atom was an amazing server from start to finish. From letting us know which drinks were the most popular to which dishes we should try. Albert did an extraordinary job with our cocktails. My mom and I left happy and satisfied. We will definitely return at a later time.

    We had a reservation and once we arrived the hostess was nowhere to be found. She then said we have to wait for a table even though we had a reservation... When we finally sat down our waiter was nice but the music was very loud, the food OK, and my 'medium rare' steak was more medium/well done. Overall it seems like an overrated place where people go to try to be 'trendy', for a good steak go elsewhere

    There was a little mixup about who was going to be our waiter we sat for a while in the beginning but after something was said our waiter Jeffrey was excellent and attended to us well. He made sure we were satisfied he went through everything step-by-step with us. He was excellent the food was great. He saved the day and even have us a little extra for the birthday celebration.
