    Horrible experience. I was out of town for my daughter's sweet sixteen. I had a reservation at 9pm, sat there until 11pm, and never received the food. The manager came out around 10:30pm because I went to the host to complain. Still no food once the manager came out. Ended up leaving because nobody came back to our table. No one ever even knew we left because they didn't check on us. Never got our food, never got a refill on drinks. I will never return, and I will never recommend.

    Place was basically empty, yet our reservation was not even acknowledged and it took 10 minutes before we were greeted and seated. We were there for birthday dessert and it took almost an hour to receive. One milkshake was melted ice cream that was not edible. Waiter/bartender brought out manager when we complained about it. She did make us another and acknowledged she had one cook, one server and one bartender. Spent $125 for 4 desserts and a bad experience. Do not recommend.

    The waiter was very dry for our first time the seats were all cut up and patched up the food was not as advertised on the menu a waste hour and half drive for nothing

    I did not get to experience the Sugar Factory for the first time with my 10 year old because when we finally made it security wouldn't let us in even though we had a reservation and when I called the restaurant to say I was waiting with my daughter, no one ever came and I was not leaving her at a front entrance by herself, knowing we were traveling from another state. Very horrible and unprofessional experience

    This place has turn around dramatically omg I usually eat here Mayb every 3 months now they have new management I was told new staff my food was brought out quick the managers was so polite and happy as I was greeted in the food was amazing so if u went here Mayb 6 months ago try going now u will love it trust fast fast service

    Donut and cookie on shake, chips that was served with the artichoke and spinach dip, and the buns that were served with the rainbow burgers were all stale. Mirrors throughout the restaurant need to be replaced. They appear to be dirty when they’re just older mirrors. Food and drinks are overpriced. However, the server and the manager were very polite.

    The place was packed and there were only three servers. In addition, our server was also the attendant checking in customers. The food was great but the wait time was way too long. She was very nice also.
