Food was excellent however had to move from an inside table to outside because the noise level inside was so loud everyone had to raise their voices to be heard by anyone at their table.

The food was delicious, the house salad was very salty, but we addressed it with the wait staff and he referred it to manager and she fixed it immediately and apologized. We were so appreciative of the attention she gave to us.

Great experience, came here for my girlfriends bday. Our server was incredible, and service was good. Food was on point (karaage chicken was excellent, great sushi and crispy rice- would definitely recommend), our only criticism was the taste of the miso soup was a little off

We had a lovely open-air post-graduation brunch. I am sure the noise ratchets up in the evening, but it was tranquil at noon on a Sunday. Excellent service and fantastic sushi.

A reservation for Mother's Day should be a time of fun, memories and relaxation. Having Moms served is a great tradition. Sadly, it was frustrating. they literally did nothing special for Mother's Day!!! Not one single "Happy Mother's Day" or " any moms here for Mother's Day? 12 min wait at the front host desk with NO acknowledgement. 55 min food order wait time due to "miscommunication" from the staff. We had to ask for service. They took our order but didn't listen. We had to tell them 3 times about missing items. And my favorite is when you get food delivered and they "auction off" the food. "WHO GOT THE OMAKASE!! I mean, use the pilot point system. Dropping hundreds of $$$$ for this? Mom orders warm sake, they ask if she wants a cup? No, she will just drink from the Hot vessel you brought. This place needs manners training. I literally know no one's names, no one introduced themselves once all the snafus started happening. They did apologize BUT no dessert, drink on the house or anything. Here's the bill, pay it for awful service. All the staff acted like they didn't want to be there, probably because management has them in the weeds the whole time... on Mother's Day... The rule is if there is still food on the table, quit taking peoples plates... what's that about? I'm still eating. Is this a Saturday Night Live skit? Not sure how this place makes it. I saw it had lots of decent and good reviews, but this isn't one of them.

Brought 5 people to Sushi Row on a Sunday afternoon. Our table was already set up and ready for us. The food was fabulous, the price was right (it was happy hour) and the service exceptional! Highly recommend.
