    Sweet Maria’s Tea was a great afternoon tea experience. The food was delicious, and the two tea selections were nice. I wish there were more tea selections, but our waitress explained that in the past a lot of tea was wasted because of so many different teas. I suggested having seasonal tea’s to give options. (Example: April - cherry blossom tea). I would recommend Sweet Maria’s Tea to my friends and family.

    I’ve been to numerous tea shops in RI, MA and a few in other states. I’ve never had to wait for all tables to be filled before receiving a pot of tea. Some guests arrived 20+ minutes late. A pot of tea is an excellent way to start service and table conversation.

    The Paris tea was fantastic. Every food item on our little rack was delicious especially the scones and chicken salad. We had the Royal tea so we enjoyed a cocktail with dessert and it was made just right! Really wonderful experience. We will be back!

    This was one of my favorite experiences I've had in a long time. I wanted to take my friend who has done so much for me during my cancer battle for her Birthday. It had to be special just like she is and I was so happy I pulled off the surprise as she was so impressed with the experience and this has given her ideas now for a special time for the special people in her life. Everything was delightful. I had a cup of tea for you too Jeanne! Thats another story!
