Swirl Wine Bistro
Excellent gourmet food and wine. Definitely will go back.
A hidden gem! Warm, friendly place. Interesting menu options. Great food and well considered wine list with nice choices. Find it for yourself and enjoy.
We had a fantastic dinner. Mike and Judith were the best host and chef!
Strongly recommend to all to have a very special dinner in a wonderful atmosphere.
Hidden gem. Worth the trip even for an east sider. Food world class. Wine sneaky good. Atmosphere inviting. Dont miss this joint!
Quiet tiny place with great menu. Interesting food. Taste great. Will go back
Excellent pulled pork nachos, spicy sea bass, and mushroom tart.
Exceptional food. Great wine pairings. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
Very nice restaurant tucked away in a Coconut Creek strip. The food was excellent! This is a nice, cozy spot for a date night, which we really enjoyed. We'll be back!
Best conch salad since being in Nassau; also enjoyed sliders and tacos. Definitely elevated. Creme brulee was yummy-really good sugar crust. Hidden gem tucked away in a corner--no signage even--handful of tables, so be sure you make a reservation. Inventive menu, gourmet presentations, friendly staff, delicious food.
Limited menu, food was good. You can make a reservation which is great since it is a very small restaurant. Service was very very slow.
The best kept secret in the Coconut Creek area. The food was authentic, fantastic and presented in an unbelievable artistic display. The owners are friendly and helpful. On our revisit list or sure!
Great fresh food prepared by chef Judith with great blend of flavors and spices that compliment each other, enjoyed it!
Great find!! Will definitely be back
The food was excellent. This is a small restaurant where food is made to order. Be prepared to have a leisurely dinner. We ordered several small plates and had them served as they were ready. It worked out well. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was friendly.
Sat nite with friends. Anxious to try something new & fresh! We were delighted with each dish! Bruschetta , best ever. Snapper on cassava cake excellent & easy to share. Bread pudding best ever! Hats off to our host and his talented wife, the chef. Worth the wait while she makes everything to order. We’ll be back soon!
Delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. A bit of a wait for the food but worth every minute. I plan to go back again. I would recommend the escoveitch fish.
First date and I selected the restaurant based on previous positive experience with your site. No surprises excellent meal, chicken dumplings and fillet mignon superb. Started off as the only diners, but others shortly arrived; Very impressive and will likely return
Great place to eat!! The food was so fresh!! Great service!! Just great!! Love it!!
Mine and my fiancee's favorite spot. Chef Judith is amazing at her craft! Mike provides Great front of house service. Wild Mushroom tart is a Must try!! Oxtail ravioli was to die for! The duck w/ pumpkin risotto was Delicious! The wines are Great!! This place is the Best!
Our second visit, this time with friends. The food and service were amazing again!
A delectable hidden gem in Coconut Creek! This was our second time back and my boyfriend and I shared the grilled octopus salad, duck breast, chicken and dumplings (way better than what your thinking) and oxtail ravioli (had to have it again!) And bread pudding for dessert. Everything was flavorful and very rich - a great combination of flavors and perfect portions especially if you enjoy sharing a few different plates. The restaurant is quaint and charming with a modern vibe and has artwork on the walls from local artists. Do NOT judge this place by the lackluster shopping plaza, as its surroundings do not reflect the wonderful food, atmosphere and hospitable couple that owns and runs the restaurant. Well worth a visit! Good for a small, intimate date night or a small group or even having a larger, private dinner party.
The service was exceptional, the staff was really kind and caring and the food was delicious!
A true gem in Northwest Broward county. The meal here rivals meals I've experienced around the world! Lots of time, attention, and passion is revealed in every dish!
Absolute Gem!!! Food is outstanding, Service is great! Couldn't ask for more when getting your money's worth.
We had an awesome time at Swirl, certainly a place we will visit again. It has the making of all things you're looking for: great food, great service, great drinks and wine list, very hight attention to details, intimate setting... I can go on and on. Give Swirl a try, you'll whisked away in it's heavenly aroma of fresh food and great wine.
We really enjoyed our experience at Swirl. The owners take great pride in their food and drink and it shows. We will definitely be back!
The food was delicious and the owner was very nice. The wine and beer selection was great too. We'll definitely be back.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Perfect wine recommendations, beautiful presentation, excellent service and the food was perfect. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Wonderful food and wine selection
The owner/chef is making some really tasty food and the brisket sliders are a must. The wine selection has something for everyone and reasonably priced for a wine bar. Definitely a nice spot to grab a glass or bottle of wine and try multiple items on the menu.
Was very disappointed.. the owner started by telling us everything they were out of in the kitchen. Took forever to get a glass of wine. ( only 2 people serving). Appetizers were good, best part of the evening. 3 of the 4 of us ordered dinner and my filet came out and I waited for the other 2 meals to start eating. After almost 10 min. I asked the owner where the other 2 chicken dishes were and he went to check in kitchen. They Were never ordered so I ate ( very uncomfortable) and they brought one more meal out. Thought the other would be right behind it but, nothing else was brought to us. My husband was upset and at that point didn’t want to ask where his meal was. We finished, paid the check and left. Will be our last time there..
Excellent food! The oxtail ravioli is out of this world good!
Swirl is fantastic. The food is fabulously made with attention to detail in taste and presentation. Truly a gem of fine, but casual, dining in Coconut Creek.
A wonderful find! food was a superb gourmet presentation, creativity, and taste. The service was warm and helpful (especially with the wine choice) and the atmosphere was very sophisticated and cool. We give this restaurant a giant thumbs up and will definitely return and also send our friends!!!
Very relaxing experience, service is very personable and informative, definitely don’t rush you through dinner. Great wine list to compliment a diverse menu. Service was great, nice jazz playing in the background and it’s quiet for conversation. This was our second time and we will go back!
I can’t believe we haven’t been here sooner. Michael was amazing in the dining room and his wife was making amazing food in the kitchen.
This is a small, family owned spot where you can relax and enjoy fabulous food and service. We loved the wine Michael recommended and the mushroom tart and duck breast. The food is so well executed and plated. Really impressive for a small strip plaza spot.
Highly recommend Swirl for a date night, special occasion, or sublime business meeting. We’ll be back without question.
The place is cozy and warm, owned and operated by a husband and wife team; however, on the weekends they could use an extra set of hands. We went with another couple on a Saturday night and waited over 30 minutes to get water. Mike was busy and the bar helping other patrons decide on a wine and Judith was occupied as she was cooking in back. Another couple at the table behind us walked out. When we did receive our food, it was tasty, but we all commented that it was a bit salty. Even the oxtail ravioli, their signature dish, was overly salty. Not sure we'd go back.
A relaxing, delicious dinner on a hectic Friday. The presentation and flavor of my duck breast, pumpkin risotto, and perfectly cooked asparagus was excellent as was the service. So glad to find this small, hidden Coconut Creek spot so close by.
Found this restaurant on Yelp. The reviews were amazing so I decided to give it a try for my birthday. It's a small place and very charming. tables, high top tables, and lounge sofas. Nice wine selection and the menu was superb. We had the oxtail ravioli, the chicken and dumplings, the Snapper Escoveitch, the seafood bisque and the jerk chicken. The seafood bisque is an acquired taste for sure, but everything else was superb. The servings are small portions (tapas). The oxtail ravioli was splendid, the chicken and dumplings was made was a house made curry sauce which is to DIE FOR! The jerk chicken was extremely tender, and the mashed potatoes with the guava emulsion will leave you licking the plate!!!!!!! All in all, it was excellent. Mike the owner and Judith the Chef have a true gem on their hands!
Swirl Wine Bistro is a hidden gem. This restaurant was recommended by a colleague and it did not disappoint! The owner/chef are husband and wife, it's a very intimate atmosphere and the husband was our host and waiter. He was very kind and service was great! We started with the cheese plate, then had the fish tacos which were excellent-highly recommend it and then ended with the snapper escoveitch, also excellent! We were able to share everything and of course had a bottle of wine. They have an extensive wine list. We will definitely be back and tell others about this place! Bon appetit!
