We went to Texas de Brazil for Mother’s Day. My mother absolutely loved the options provided at the salad bar. The rest of my family enjoyed the meats. Overall, the service was great and my mom had a wonderful experience

This was our first time visiting this location, and the restaurant was very busy—likely due to the Mother’s Day weekend. The service was not as good compared to the California location we’ve been to before. Our server did a great job attending to our requests, but the main issue was that the meats were not being served regularly at our table. We often had to ask our server and even the grill attendants to bring the meats to our area, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Because of this, there were periods when no meats were being served to us at all. They made up for it by having the grill attendants bring the meats to our table but it created an unpleasant experience already. Hopefully management can create a system to make sure every table is being attended by the grill servers.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. The gaucho’s were very slow to bring all the different type of meats to our table. I did not even get to try the filet mignon. I was under the impression that as long as I kept my table card green I would be getting a lot of different types of meat coming to my table, but that did not happen. The salad bar area was pretty decent, but I really came to try all of the different types of meats. I wasn’t able to try them all because I felt like we were always waiting for a gaucho to come around. I’ve been to other Brazilian restaurants like this and they’re always quick with the meat selections.

We went for my sons birthday and have come here for special occasions but this time the meat was terrible. All the steaks we had were over cooked and / or too fatty. The servers would come to a four person table over and over with the end of the meats with two pieces left so some of us could eat and some of us couldn’t. They didn’t have enough plates. When they finally got to the filet which was the only meat we hoped would of course be good, after waiting over ten minutes for them to cook one that wasn’t well done, it was bland and tasteless and fatty. It was a total let down this time. When the chicken is the best meat served, that’s a problem. Honestly the cake we brought was the best thing we ate that night.

Had an amazing birthday dinner at Texas de Brazil! The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the staff really made me feel celebrated on my birthday. Between the wonderful atmosphere, attentive service, and incredible food, it turned into such a special evening. We’ll definitely be back!

The service was good, efficient, friendly. The salad bar was good as always. We arrived early, but in some cases they already did not have rare meat. The Flank steak was the best, rare was available and it was tender. The waiters (Groucho’s) were good in they remember what I was looking for and bought me reare beef and skewered shrimp as it was available. Over all very enjoyable.
