TGI Fridays has been living the weekend since its doors opened in 1965. Today, there are over 900 restaurants in 60 countries offering delicious food and legendary drinks, all served in the spirit of Friday. We are proud to bring people together for brunch, lunch, dinner, late night, and everything in between. So when we say "In Here, It's Always Friday" we mean it.

The waitress gave us very good service. She greeted us right away and was attentive in getting us served. The rack of ribs is excellent and bbq sauce was perfect. Broccoli with lemon wedge was also very good, tasty and not overbearing. Overall we had a relaxing dinner and enjoyed the food.

Awesome!!! Erica was an excellent waitress I would definetely go back again! And now they have a vegan burger! Yay!

HORRIBLE! We made 7:30 reservations, arrived at 7 28, and the hostess said “OK, here’s the deal” (rude), and proceeded to tell us that the place was packed and we were going to have to wait. She did acknowledge that we had reservations. Why bother making reservations if we have to wait? Isn’t that the purpose of reservations? We turned around and left...never to go back to that Friday’s again!

Went with my 2 kids. I asked to be moved to a booth and they told me that none were available in the section, multiple empty booths. Sat next a window and was super drafty we ate dinner with our coats on. My order had to be remade before it came to the table so I had to get it to go because the rest of my party finished eating before mine came out.

Haven't been to Fridays in Years. Didn't realize they changed their menu so drastically. They used to have an outstanding steak selection and now their food is average.

Had made reservation for a birthday party and when I got here they were not aware of the reservation through open table even though I had confirmation. They left us waiting for over 20 min while they figured it out. And the rest of the day was pretty much the same...waiting waiting waiting. Not enough staff and extremely disorganized.

Got seated immediately. Food took about an hour and was not great, mine was actually cold. Waiter, although nice, never came back, had to find him to get check.

We made a reservation online and had to stand and wait in a crowd of people, nobody came to sit us. Nothing.... We left.

When we arrived at the restaurant and told the host that we had a reservation, he said that they didn’t have access to those reservations but he could seat us. The waitress was very pleasant but forgot our drink order because she didn’t write it down. Thankfully the food was very good because everything else was lacking. It seemed like a very disorganized restaurant. Overall, we had some good food but it wasn’t the best experience.

We left shortly after being seated. The music was ridiculously loud and it was only noon. The menus were filthy oily and sticky which did not bode well for a healthy meal. You really should periodically clean or replace menus and wipe down the condiment containers. I appreciate how things can go downhill over the course pf a day but at the start of a day things really should be clean

The salmon was good, but portion smaller than expected. BBQ ribs were good as well as lemon broccoli. The waiter didn't come by our table that often, but we were able to flag him down when we needed something. We belong to the Fridays Stripes Reward program and a coupon offer brought us in. The program is well worth signing up for.

We went based on a tv ad - it advertised three courses for $10. When we got there, the sign said "starting at $10" and it was a very limited menu and half size portions. We didn't eat all afternoon and left when we didn't like these rules - always ask about the fine print - disingenuous advertising

Afternoon reservation restaurant wasn’t full. Wait time to be seated and overall service was very slow. Cleanliness of the table was fine but the booth seats weren’t wiped down.

Left before we even got seated. Waited at host station as two employees ignored us for almost 10 minutes on a Saturday night as restaurant was half empty. Sent the kids to check wait at Olive Garden next door and ate there. Too bad as we usually enjoy Fridays, They clearly have a service issue.

The hostess had difficulty entering our Open Table reservation since they use a device that only one person knows how to operate. Our waitress assured us they'd get us checked in. The waitress was great and attentive. We tried the sirloin steaks which were very tasty.

Food was awful. Took over an hour to get our meals which all (4 separate dishes) came out cold. My daughters food was hard and oily. Terrible experience and would never go back.

Nice waitress. Good food. Slow to bring it to us. They made up for it by offering us a plentiful plate of nachos and salsa.
All in all, pleasant visit.

We were seated right away with our Open Table restaurant reservation. Fridays has a new menu with several new healthy choices. The full rack of ribs now $12.99 was delicious and meaty. Very good value. The salmon was also very good with jasmine rice and spinach. They still offer all you can eat appetizers for an entree. The manager Mohommad came over to our table and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We plan on returning soon.

I was with a group of teens with developmental disabilities. The service was extremely slow and it was not that busy. The drinks took forever, the food took forever, and then gettign the check took even longer. However, the server was great to us. I have seen servers lose their patiene easily with this type of group but our server went above and beyond to see that each were listened to and their needs were met. So despite the slow service, I would go back.

Bacon cheeseburger was very oily it made my buns soggy and messy to eat. Fries were only good thing. Non alcoholic pina colada should be renamed to pineapple smoothie as there was no coconut flavor.

Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The hamburgers are delicious and big sized. It pays to sign up for their rewards so you can redeem points for food.

We sat in the bar area and our server was attentive. The Jack Daniels steak was tough and not tender. Flat iron steak is a better choice. Hamburgers are always very good and large.

We ordered an appetizer at least 15 min ahead of placing our entree orders. it took FOREVER to come and, of course, the main course came out less than 2 minutes after the appetizer. The appetizer was inedible, it was that bad. Barely warm, tasted nasty. the entrees were good though not nearly warm enough. Our server acknowledged the timing issues and agreed it wasn't acceptable when we mentioned it.

The kitchen was backed up with orders so it took longer than usual to get our meal. The waiter kept checking in with us and gave us good service. The flat iron steak seemed tough and the french fries weren't warm. I don't think I'll order the flat iron again, although the other person said their steak was ok.

We were seated quickly in the bar area. The unlimited $10. Apppetizers are a very good value and great way to sample them. Food and service was very good.

I've been going to TGIF's for many years. Some are obviously better than others. This one is not a favorite of ours due to the very slow service. It wasn't just this visit; it's consistently slow. The waitress was very pleasant, but delivery of drinks and food took much too much time. But it always does here. Just not a fan.

We waited even with a reservation and placed near front door which kept being opened. We were freezing. Asked to move cause there were many other tables in the restaurant but they were not clean. Food was sub par. Disappointing at best.

Our reservation got us seated very quickly. We had to ask for the napkins & utensils. The waitress was friendly and service was good. The entrees took a while to come out. Baby back ribs were very good. The Jack Daniels steak was good, but had a bit of fat in it.
