Another visit to this restaurant near my resort. Service was good and servers were attentive. The cerviche was delicious but may be a bit too salty. The sea bass and whole snapper were delicious!! Prices are increasing in most restaurants we dined inNV and P V. will come back again next trip here!!

My wife and I have visited Nuevo Vallarta several times but have ever eaten at the Blue Shrimp before. Based on the positive reviews,we thought we’ve give it a try. Oh man, they did not disappoint. Starting first with the guacamole, which was made table-side, it was so fresh and seasoned just right. We decided to stay with the Shrimp entrees, my wife choosing the jumbo garlic, and i had the Arriero jumbo shrimp. I must say it was the BEST grilled shrimp we have ever had. It was butterflied, and was so succulent and tender. Just amazing. We finished off with the lava cake, and it was perfectly baked with a liquid chocolate center. We are staying at the Flamingos Villa Del Palmar, and it only a $9.00 Uber ride to the Restaurant. If your are craving grilled shrimp, this is the place to go!

We love going to the blue shrimp in Nuevo Vallarta. The food is good, the service is good and the tequila options are fantastic! It’s a must try in a city full of good places. Ask for the dessert coffee at the end and enjoy the fire show!

Albert was the BEST server. We asked a ton of questions and he knew all the menu items. He was friendly, efficient and got our large order correct. The food, especially the grilled octopus was OUTSTANDING. We loved our riverside table. It's our 2nd time there, and we will be back again. :)
