Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My Husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Everything was absolutely superb! From our server to the food. This our 3rd time dining at the Capital and it never disappoints. We will definitely be back!

    The service was poor yesterday. Brian was not very serviable. Salad came after the oysters and when I wanted to order he wanted to decide when I order…we had a birthday girl and he bought birthday dessert but didn’t bring a candle which was odd. Overall his service wasn’t kind nor pleasant and it ruined the dining experience for us

    The steak was supposed to be cook medium but it was near well-done. The waiter was over tasked with customers and could not provide the attention and excellent service known at Capital Grille. The assistants were right on the spot ensuring that anything needed was provided instantly. Overall not bad considering it was Mother’s Day.

    Went on Mother’s Day and didn’t receive the best food as usual. The service, atmosphere was as expected, but the increased capacity for Mother’s Day caused a slight fall off on food quality.

    Service was terrible. Server was likely having a bad day and was not friendly at all. It was a Mother’s Day dinner and my wife was disappointed in the service.
