Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Had to be seated in the patio unexpectedly. The patio was subpar and there were chairs stacked that should’ve been somewhere in storage.

Food was not to Capital Grill Standards. Asked for my tuna to be sliced as i’ve done before and it was like the chef cut it with a dull knife and made the presentation was very poor. The shrimp cocktail had 2 shrimp that were not fully deveined. My wife’s sliced steak was sliced very thick. Overall poor quality of food, but I never had such an experience before from Capital Grill.

Another great night at The Capital Grille! Everyone made our night special, especially our server Ethan, that’s my guy! The hosts and support staff all made us feel special as we celebrated Mother’s Day/My birthday. The food was amazing but it was the hospitality that exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon!
