Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Loved Salym Ramos. This was our second time sitting at her table, by chance. Did not know we can ask to be seated at specific server's table. We will definitely ask to be at her table next time.

Fantastic dining: filet was tender and cooked to perfection. Sashimi grade tuna pepper coated and served raw was perfect. Loved Sam’s mashed potatoes. The Rombauer Zin terrific. And our server, Salym (apologies for misspelling) was wonderful.

Exceptional service as usual. A+ Lost a few ambience points for this round. Our anniversary dinner table was located in the middle of a high traffic area. Waitstaff and patrons constantly passing and brushing against both elbows. Fortunately, we don’t mind crowds, and the food made up for the inconvenience.

The restaurant was freezing .. My ahi tuna came out too raw and when brought back it was overcooked. Found gristle in first piece. one of my mates had the waygu burger which he felt was under cooked.
