   Excellent service the Manager & staff attended to all our requests throughout the evening making sure we were happy with everything we ordered! Food has always been the best in NW London there isn’t a better Indian restaurant I can recommend Well done Team & see you again soon x

   It was difficult to get waiters attention at times and we got served the wrong dish. The place was alittle small so it was challenging with moving seats without bumping the person sitting behind. Tables were sitting at was also not stable so kept rocking. Other than these flaws, the food was good, tasty. Compared to other asian restaurants I've been to, I wouldn't say it was "wow". But it was ok. Prices were reasonable.

    There was confusion of the booking facility as it wasnt clear an afternoon tea was booked and therefore they were not ready and initally said they couldnt offer it. After pushing to see if it was possible, they did agree to set up with a small wait, generally the food was great but it did feel like the dessert and scones were extra cold as though they had not thawed fully which was disappointing slightly but i suspect thats because their booking didnt expect us to attend for afternoon tea and thetefore lack of prep time. I would suggest giving them a call to book if you want to go for the afternoon tea

    We had our work Christmas dinner here and although it was a Sunday evening, we weren't rushed by the waiter, he clearly told us when kitchen was closing but we were treated very well. We have had experiences elsewhere where the waiters are rushing you out and being rude but Cardamom was a good experience all round.

    Came here for a date night with partner, requested a table at the restaurant in advance when reserved in this app only to be seated in the bar area which was very noise and loud. Spend two hours driving to this place for our romantic dinner for two and the noise ruined our evening and will not be going bad that for sure.

    Excellent High Chai Experience with awesome food. Must try if you love small Indian serving treats. You won't find High Chai at lots of places in London as this is Indian version of High Tea.

    The venue is spacious but really noisy, you can hardly hear yourself and the waiters can’t hear when placing a order. The food is nice and good flavour but the menu should say the level of spice. Once the food and drink came, didn’t see the waiter again, so service is very poor, was only able to order another drink once our food was cleared away and wanted the bill. If it wasn’t for the reasonable price food I wouldn’t of paid service charge.

    The food and ambience was excellent. Falguni served us on the day, she was exceptional in her recommendations for food and very attentive, which made all the difference to our experience at the Cardoman Club. We will definitely be coming back.

    Really good quality of ingredients and flavours and fresh tasting food, BUT only if you can take the heat of chilis. Unfortunately, when ordering from waiter, we were not offered to have things in mild, medium or hot. We just ordered dishes that said mild spices (according to the menu), but they came out really tasty but clearly too many chilis so just too hot to really enjoy the tasty food and taste the spices (which were good) but beneath the chilis. My partner could only eat a few spoons of the curries due to the heat, so it half ruined her evening because she ended just enjoying the cocktails and the naan and rice with minute teaspoons of curry sauces in between. Over 90% was left of her dishes just because of the heat. I managed to eat a little more then her as I can take more heat, but it was a shame as if they offered us information about how spicy to expect the dishes by default, we would have asked for mild. After all, this place seems to cater for the Indian community taste buds, so everything is a level more chillied up then usual Indian places, so make sure you ask the waiter for everything mild (it will still be spicy, but at least let hot and possibly edible). I will come back and try again as the manager was very nice and apologised profoundly and I can tell the quality is great, and the atmosphere and bar and Co tails lovely for a north west london place. if it all was just a tad milder….

    Everything was exceptional, the waitresses were very kind, courteous and helpful. They also came back twice to ask if everything was alright and if we was enjoying the experience, which always helps to reassure us. The place in general was clean and looked very nice and pleasing. I also enjoyed how the tv right next to us was showing cricket, as I am a big sports fan, I really liked that. And on top of that the food was incredible, me and my family enjoyed everything we ordered, the garlic chilli mushrooms were also the best mushrooms I have ever tasted. Too bad I live in East London and can not come back that often as I would like, however, will definitely be coming back next time I am local. Thank you.

    Once got sat down. Had to ask twice for menu. 3 times for my drinks. Ordered mains took over 40 minutes.. complimentary poppadoms arrived without even asking. Could not be bothered to even complain due to the chaos. Floor was dirty from previous customers. Food was tastless. Crispy bhajiya half of them were left over. You used to be my favourite restaurant. Had enough staff but no consistency. When Bill arrived I said only paying bill not service charge. I should have been asked why? If my meal was OK?

    We are a regular at Cardamom & always happy with the food. Just this time with one of the dish Garlic chilli mushroom we were not happy with and we also mentioned the same to one of your staff. But otherwise staff were very friendly and attentive.

    W e sat in the garden area .We did early lunch as it gets busy.Our lovely male waiter couldnt do enough for us , he was really accommodating..The little lady waitress was very helpful as well.Been here before food is always lovely.Highly Reccomend it .For a quiet lunch go early as it gets busy

    Food was lovely. Highly recommended the Lamb Keema with Peas and Potatoes. Staff was friendly, especially a lady called Alex., service was on point. Music could be better but can't have everything. Value was ok, can be pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.
