    If the food portion can increase a bit more, that would be nice, Oh, one more thing, I had lunch in Chop House many times with my friend Mr. Wong, a frequent visit guest, your coffee taste like over brew, way too bitter, hope than can improve too, sorry if I say too much. Thx and overall it's a very nice place to hang out with friends. Food is good, staff are all good and friendly

    Very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. She took our order and "wrote them down" But none of the order we got was right except for the sandwich. My other female friend and I ordered soup and what came was salad. My friend asked for Med rare sirloin but got Med well instead and the manager asked me for temperature for my Tenderloin to which I ordered and she brought me Sirloin and insisted that was what I ordered. And she said "I even asked you for the temperature" I explained to her I wanted Tenderloin and didn't even know it's already cooked well done. She asked me the temperature and I just answered her question. We've asked to change and had to wait extra 15 mins. It was a chaotic experience from the beggining. Thankfully the Filipina waitress helped us sort it out and got us the orders we wanted. Would have been a great restaurant if there's no such mistake. Maybe try repeating customer's order next time so there's no confusion.

    The signature ribeye not really tasting strong, the texture is not that good. I’ll not pay $350 for that again. Tenderloin ,drinks and sides is good though

    I decided to choose this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend birthday and our anniversary! We order a dessert and they made a perfect surprise for him! They also gave us a picture to keep which me and my boyfriend love it so much! We will absolutely visit again. Thank you for giving us a great special day.

    Was very surprised the three Steaklicious Menu we ordered. All courses are fine but not the main course. Quite disappointed especially for celebrating friend’s birthday. The steak we had for all three sets are so chewy.

    The waitresses are all very friendly and kind this time. We bumped into a few rude waitress previosily but not this time! Your staff has improved! Food is always amazing. Unfortunately they dont have their sweet potato fries that day. they were usually good.

    We ordered the meat platter and we asked for medium rare for the beef - turned out it was blood red in the centre of the beef tenderloin - which seemingly is the cause of improperly defrost steaks cooked under rapid heat. Squid ink pasta was very nice, with sufficient crab meat and perfectly al dente pasta. There was a lack of service on wine recommendations even though we were introduced to the special of the month - as we first sat down to look at the drinks menu, we were provided a description on the promotion wine, but when we asked for more options they seemed to be lost and asked each other for information on their wine list, and we ended up having to randomly pick a bottle for our dinner, which was mediocre for pairing with all the food we ordered. The overall ambience was good, especially at the seating area outdoors - though there was a bit of rain it didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of our drinks! Keep it up Chop House.

    Food is not that bad as comments. Only one of the staff seems always not friendly but the staff who served my table is really nice and gd service! Wine & dishes are good and at reasonable price!

    Wanted to book a nice restaurant for an important dinner. Menus and bathrooms were old, dirty and neglected looking, service was not good, and 2 steaks ordered medium rare came out raw/ blue. The wait staff argued with us when we said they were too raw, we ended up not eating. Very embarrassed to bring my associates here, they left hungry.
