    Lovely late lunch before going to cinema staff were very nice. Cocktails could improve not the best dirty martini I have tasted especially as they charged me extra for choosing the vodka not experienced that before I think €16 was quite enough for what I got a bit disappointing.

    Food was fine. Service was terrible. I couldn’t understand half of what the first server said and the server who took over avoided us like we were contagious.

    We waited 20 minutes for our starters, I ordered the chicken supreme and it was tiny and no sides with it was still hungry had to order chips, my boyfriend ordered a burger that was so dry wasn’t a good experience the cocktails weren’t nice at all

    The fact that we were staying in a 5 star hotel, we did not expect frozen chips with our meal, we at least expected home cooked chips, I had a seafood pasta dish, the flavour was good but there was very minimal seafood & the Linguine strands were all stuck together & lumpy, we were asked did want dessert menu which we never got & had to ask for, after ordering we never received our dessert & had to query the wait time to receive our order, this was given to us on the house.

    We spent a lovely afternoon relaxing in the Lounge over a delicious 3 course lunch. The food was so tasty and presented beautifully. Its a great place to enjoy conversation and the staff are always so friendly and obliging.

    Had a lovely meal, we were seated in the Geo restaurant and used the lounge menu. Service was great, the food was fantastic and the Prosecco was fabulous! Gorgeous decorations up for Christmas and lovely complimentary dessert for my husband for his birthday!

    The experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Their friendly service really added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. I would definitely come back again without hesitation! The food was absolutely fabulous- everything from the presentation on the plate to the rich, satisfying flavors was exceptional. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every dish. A highly enjoyable experience all around!

    A very warm welcome to start, followed by prompt service. The energy in the room was very pleasant as they had live music, which was in keeping to the space. The seating was very comfortable and the light level was good, not dark. A very good experience over all, food cooked well and to a high standard. We were well looked after by the whole team. Definitely will visit again soon.

    The worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I chose the G Hotel restaurant for our first-anniversary dinner, hoping for a five-star experience. Instead, it was the worst dining experience of my life. We were seated promptly at 8:00 PM, but then we were completely forgotten. For a full 20 minutes, not a single staff member came to our table—not even to offer water. We felt invisible. Utterly disappointed and ignored, we decided to leave. We walked out, and to our shock, no one stopped us or asked if anything was wrong. The staff clearly didn't care about their customers. This restaurant is a complete disappointment and certainly not a five-star establishment. Their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else for your special occasion.
