   Our server was attentive and thoughtful. Despite one of my friends has an unusual food “allergy”, our waiter and the manager went out of their way to make sure she’s ok. Really enjoyed the variety of food, the rosé and the atmosphere. Will definitely come back and will recommend it to my friends.

   It was okay. I personally had a better experience at the River North location. The servers seemed very mixed up, the temperature was quite weird with the heaters, and the food was good (not great).

   It was a little too noisy and even with a reservation, we were not able to be seated at a table away from the musician. Other than that, it was great.

    I so enjoyed my brunch w/friends! Cole was our server & he was phenomenal. Everything he offered we try (the crab bruschetta, crab cake Benedict) was delectable, & his service was impeccable. He deserves to be commended for his service.

    Such a cute place! Good food, service and atmosphere! Had brunch for my 30th birthday here and they were so welcoming and fun! Perfect place for the girls or bridal get together. Food was delicious and so was the cocktails. Definitely would go back!!

    We've eat at this location several times per year. Every time has been perfect...until Friday night when the service was terrible, they were out of one of their signature dishes (short ribs). The only saving grace was a new manager, who was kind to our son...recognizing his birthday with a special treat and a genuine concern for our displeasure. I didn't catch her name but she had blond hair and spoke with a slight accent. She was great. I'm hoping this was an anomaly as we will come back but we are definitely a 2 to 3 strikes and your out family.

    Cute place, good food, horrible service. We waited 20 minutes to provide drink orders, and another 20 for him to come back and take food orders. Very frustrating with small children. There seemed to be 10 managers walking around but no one helped us. Again, the food was good and it’s a cute place for brunch, but I would be hesitant to go back given the level of service.

    This place was awesome! I would definitely go back! The food was amazing, the staff were incredible and so hospitable! The vibes were amazing, and the drinks were perfect! I'd try and go on a nice summer day to get the full ambience experience :)

    1st time going here Nice ambiance inside , outside one of the dinger looking streets downtown food was just average with good service but drinks were extremely overpriced $18 for a vodka soda and then they will charge you tax on top of that. So many more places I like better downtown

    We had a group lunch scheduled to celebrate a colleague's pending nuptials. We chose Hampton Social based on its reputation and location. However, all seven members of our party felt uncomfortable from the moment we approached the host stand. Once seated, our server was cold and unfriendly. Two colleagues asked me after she first left the table if we had done something to upset her. From there, we were approached by I assume a female manager to check in and see how we were doing. However, multiple times throughout our meal, the same manager was simply staring at our table from a few feet away. It was awkward and vey uncomfortable. Our server continued to be curt in her responses to any questions and check-ins back at the table. The food was just okay, nothing to brag about to friends. Upon finishing our entrees, we were presented with the bill. No offer of dessert. I am pretty sure on the reservation I had mentioned that it was a special occasion. I was not expecting a complimentary dessert, but I thought we would at least been shown a dessert menu or asked if we would like to order anything. Frankly, by the end of our meal and after the poor service and awkwardness from the manager, we could not get out of there fast enough.

    The server in training was amazing. He was kind and very attentive. The lady that was training the employee was abrupt and not very friendly. She forgot orders. I have bad vision I kept asking about non alcoholic drinks, she kept pointing out to the menus that i unfortunately could not see. I kept saying I can not see and she had attitude I could care less. Food was great. It tends to be loud, but last night music was not to bad. It was nice background noise but not overpowering. Thx Aida

    First time here. Food was great, all 3 of us enjoyed our food. Manhattan lobster roll, half chicken, and baha fish tacos. The server and manager were attentive, offered info on the food and overall fun. There was live music as well

    We had Sunday brunch and Mike was our server. Excellent service and personality! Food was good. I had the steak and eggs. Friends had tuna tartare and chicken and French toast. They liked their dishes as well. Ambience and music was great! Definitely will return. Thank you Mike for the fun 😃!
