Overall happy with the Ivy expected we had 3 waiters constantly asking us to order. Please, let the customers enjoy their time. I will come back, as this was the only bad experience with the Ivy. It’s usually a very good restaurant :)

Overaal a great experience at Ivy, I have been there a few times and highly recommend it for business lunches or brunch with friends. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is great quality.

The place was very busy, our table was in the corridor which was a bit annoying with waiters passing by. Food was as expected, but service team could do with a bit of smile and friendliness. We’ll probably won’t be coming back.

The Ivy Lagger was my drink. The Korean glazed chicken is just yummmmm!! We ordered something with duck liver as well, a very unique and different taste.

We had lunch here for Mother’s Day and the service and food was great. Our server Alex was exceptionally good and very attentive. Would definitely recommend coming here for a family meal.

We waited 25 minutes for our drinks. This was at 5.30pm on a Thursday, so the restaurant was not full. The Chablis by the glass for two guests was off and barely drinkable. Fortunately, a bottle of the same wine was good. Six out of 8 main courses were very average at best. More like school dinners was one comment. The fish and chips had almost as much batter as fish. The waiter was at least polite and helpful; the manager was very apologetic and didn't charge us for the first round of drinks. The ambience was good and stopped us from walking out. We have had some good meals at other Ivy restaurants, so this was a very disappointing experience.

Really enjoyed the Ivy. Restaurant was very nice, food and service great. Probably the best "nice"restaurant I've been to with my 10 year old. The food was good for kids - my daughter loved the side of broccoli but we (the parents) were able to enjoy a good meal too in a lovely environment. Enjoyed it very much and will be looking for the next Ivy to visit.

Service very slow, food not to usual standard and staff weren’t bothered by this even when told. Bag security in the cloakroom is shockingly bad… there isn’t any! Edit… customer services thereafter have been helpful and apologetic.

As always this venue is a charming secreted restaurant, food is always interesting and house wine good. Service is professional and friendly and reservations made with precision and ease. Noise levels in these hectic times are kept bearable making it a pleasurable dining affair of an afternoon.

We had a lovely dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Most of the staff were very accommodating. The service was brilliant and our food came out so quickly. We ordered dessert and were also surprised with a treat for the celebration which made it very special.

Overall nice experience but when not all tables are occupied, I wish the staff would not press you to finish to turn the table round. Its also not appropriate when paying your bill for staff to tap the card to pay via contacless, guests should do this themselves - at the very least to verify the amount.
